Blow the Trumpet and Raise an Army

23 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 24 “Speak to the people of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall observe a day of solemn rest, a memorial proclaimed with blast of trumpets, a holy convocation. 25 You shall not do any ordinary work, and you shall present a food offering to the Lord.”

Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah). The Feast of Trumpets signaled a call for repentance. Leviticus says that it should be announced with the blast of trumpets and be treated as a holy convocation. A food offering was included in the celebrations alongside the prohibition against work (Lev 23:23–25). The meat offerings of the feast were the same as those of the Feast of Weeks, but with only one bull (Num 29:2).

The Feast of Trumpets marked the beginning of a new agricultural year. It was unusual in that the trumpet, likely the shofar, would announce the feast and assemble the people. This feast dedicated the new agricultural year to God for His provision. Psalm 81 may allude to the Feast of Trumpets (Psa 81:3) in the context of the deliverance from Egypt. The psalm ends with a call for repentance[1]

A Psalm of Asaph. 1 Sing aloud to God our strength; Make a joyful shout to the God of Jacob. 2Raise a song and strike the timbrel, The pleasant harp with the lute. 3 Blow the trumpet at the time of the New Moon, At the full moon, on our solemn feast day. 4For this is a statute for Israel, A law of the God of Jacob. 5This He established in Joseph as a testimony, When He went throughout the land of Egypt, Where I heard a language I did not understand. 6 “I removed his shoulder from the burden; His hands were freed from the baskets. 7You called in trouble, and I delivered you; I answered you in the secret place of thunder; I tested you at the waters of Meribah. Selah 8 “Hear, O My people, and I will admonish you! What are we to do?

· Sing Aloud to God

· Make a Joyful Shout

· Raise a Song

· Strike the Timbrel

· Blow the Trumpet

· Have no foreign gods

· Open our mouth to proclaim His Glory and He will fill it

I. Blow the Trumpet in Zion

Joel 2:1 (ESV)

2 Blow a trumpet in Zion; sound an alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming; it is near,

The blowing of the Shofar here is to alert the people of great danger that is coming. The appropriate response was to tremble in light of the fact that the Day of the Lord is at hand.

A. There is a Danger

As we race toward the Day of the Lord, we must be aware of the rising evil of our times.

Yuval Noah Harari, who is called the prophet by the World Economic Forum. He is second in command behind Kalus Schwab and admired by many world influencers like Obama, Bill Gates, the Bush family, King Charles, Mark Zuckerburg, and many others, has said:

· Dictatorship more efficient than democracy:

“One of the dangers in the 21st century is that machine learning and artificial intelligence will make centralized systems much more efficient than distributed systems, and dictatorships might become more efficient than democracies.”

· Humans will be insignificant:

“I strongly believe that given the technologies we are now developing, within a century or two at most, our species will disappear. I don’t think that in the end of the 22nd century, the Earth will still be dominated by Homo sapiens.”

· Brain/Computer interfaces:

“What you try to do a thousand years ago with the priest preaching from the pulpit you will be able to do in a far more invasive way in 10 or 15 years with all kinds of brain-computer interfaces and direct biological interventions.

· People are now hackable:

I think the maybe the most important thing for people to realize about living in the 21st century, as against the Middle Ages or the Stone Age, is that we are now hackable animals.

The Great Reset

Although time does not allow for us to do this topic justice. It is important to know that there are viable plans to bring about a one world government. This is a global agenda to bring the whole world under a central dictatorship.

I believe that the Great Reset is setting the stage for the Antichrist.

The following are excerpts from the American Journal of Multidisciplinary Research & Development (AJMRD)[2]

· At the May 2020 online conference of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab and Prince Charles, the son of the beautiful Elizabeth 2, introduced the term "GREAT RESET", according to which capitalism must be reworked. Prince Charles talks about "commercial capitalism" The COVID 19 pandemic is considered by them as a unique chance to restart the whole society and planet

· -Separately, Klaus Schwab also published such a book with such consent - "KOVID 19 - DUGRAY RESET. In the book, Schwab and his co-author state that the fourth industrial revolution will "lead to the merging of our physical, digital, and biological identities." - He describes that implant microchips will be able to read even our thoughts.

· According to Schwab: 1 /. A pandemic is a "unique window of opportunity" for a person to be introduced in the future. We will never return to normal life. 2 /. The "bright future" is a world in which there will be no difference between rich and poor, state borders will be erased just in time, borders, states will disappear, private property will disappear. Schwab says that because of the pandemic, which forces us to isolate ourselves at home, our affection for our loved ones, family members and friends is increasing. The disadvantage here is that growing patriotic and national feelings, and dark religious beliefs, ethnic preferences. 3 /. The economy in a "wonderful new world" must be governed centrally by giant monopolies, private property will disappear, and its place will be taken by the "economy of use" and the "economy of participation." There will be no money, only digital currency.

4 /. There will be a transition to "green energy", which will replace hydrocarbons

This plan for the Great Reset is extensive, but you get the picture. It is a plan to do away with individual liberty and freedom. It is a plan to eliminate freedom of religion and freedom of thought. It is a plan to restrict freedom of movement and travel.

B. Our Response is to first repent

Joel 2:15–16 (ESV)

15 Blow the trumpet in Zion; consecrate a fast; call a solemn assembly; 16gather the people. Consecrate the congregation; assemble the elders; gather the children, even nursing infants. Let the bridegroom leave his room, and the bride her chamber.

2:15. The opening words of verse 1, Blow the trumpet in Zion, are repeated. The fear elicited by the sound of the watchman’s trumpet (v. 1) was to prompt another sound of the ram’s horn, this time calling the people to a holy fast and sacred assembly(cf. 1:14). For the blowing of a ram’s horn was also used to call religious convocations (cf. Lev. 25:9; Ps. 81:3).[3]

Ezekiel 37:1–14 (ESV)

37 The hand of the Lord was upon me, and he brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley; it was full of bones. 2 And he led me around among them, and behold, there were very many on the surface of the valley, and behold, they were very dry. 3 And he said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” And I answered, “O Lord God, you know.” 4 Then he said to me, “Prophesy over these bones, and say to them, O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. 5 Thus says the Lord God to these bones: Behold, I will cause breath to enter you, and you shall live. 6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will cause flesh to come upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live, and you shall know that I am the Lord.” 7 So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I prophesied, there was a sound, and behold, a rattling, and the bones came together, bone to its bone. 8 And I looked, and behold, there were sinews on them, and flesh had come upon them, and skin had covered them. But there was no breath in them. 9 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, Thus says the Lord God: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.” 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army. 11 Then he said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, ‘Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost; we are indeed cut off.’ 12 Therefore prophesy, and say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will open your graves and raise you from your graves, O my people. And I will bring you into the land of Israel. 13 And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves, and raise you from your graves, O my people. 14 And I will put my Spirit within you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it, declares the Lord.”

Whatever may be the precise meaning of the whole house of Israel (v. 11) or My people brought into the land of Israel (v. 12), it is clear that God has a future beyond Babylon for those who believe in Him. He will see to it they continue, no matter how great a miracle is required[4]

C. I hear a Rattling

In Hebrew this rattling comes from the sound of a great shaking and earthquakes!

26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” 27 This phrase, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of things that are shaken—that is, things that have been made—in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, 29 for our God is a consuming fire.

Sixth Seal: Cosmic Disturbances
