What is a leaders greatest responsibility?
lead well
Character
Honesty
Your word
Have direction, vision
Grow self
See themselves truthfully
Adaptable
Prioritize
Make room for others
Work yourself out of a job
Leaders are selfless!
Train someone to do your job!
Be will to let someone take 2 hours to do what you can do in 30 minutes
Build those around you!
Bro. Johnson talked about the leadership triangle and the inverse triangle (I taught about it some time ago).
The broader the base the taller the structure…
When you make room for other leaders, you grow the base!
How does a leader make room for others?
They have commitment and passion for what they are doing… and your supposed to give it up?
Big picture or visionary thinking

What is best for the church?
How can I help get the church there quicker?
What is best for the Kingdom
Can I say like John the Baptist in Jn 3.30
30 He must increase, but I must decrease.
Don’t be territorial or defensive
What happens to the leader that makes room for others?
Put out to pasture like a broken down race horse?
They expand the base!!!
