B. The Lord has given us his law in the form of the Bible. (2 Tim. 3:16-17)
1. Over the course of thousands of years, the inspired writers continually recorded the acts and will of God in written form. (Jer. 30:2)
2. We have the inspired word of God in front of us.
3. So, why do so many of us fail to read it, and study it?
C. What should we be doing with God’s word? (2 Tim. 2:15)
1. The only way for us to allow God to write his law on our heart is to study it, to get it into our system. (Rom. 10:17)
2. Without the word of God, we cannot have faith.
