in the early time especially, you need to be involved in a 12 step program or ministry.
its going to take some time to get back what you lost. give your self some time.
find some people to disciple you.
2. Get ready to stand!
2. Get ready to stand!
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Prepare your self for standing against what brought you here.
sobriety is a key to being a clear mind. abstinence is the first step toward sobriety, abstinence is the first step, however absence, is not the same as sobriety.
13 Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. 28 So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. 30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. 31 “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.”
b. Remember your children have been going through it as well.

4 And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.
21 Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.
These are reasons that we need a church. specificly we need a relationship with strong men.
Not only should they be strong men, they should also be humble. they should be men of grace.
3. Remember in all of this you are created on purpose, with purpose.

14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.
5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”
6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;
10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
10 For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat.
10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going.
