As we continue to look at the seven manifestations of the Holy Spirit that came upon Jesus as he was here on this earth in a human.
The same manifestations of the Spirit that came upon Jesus are vital, necessary, critical, and needed for the transformation of our lives as we endeavor to do God’s will.
Today will look at the manifestation that is need the most in this time that we are living.
As I was praying to LORD it was revealed to me the this year 2023 is time where the church has access to plenty of information but little impartation.
God wants to impart on the church the Spirit of the fear of God.
The Spirit of the fear of God is needed the most in my life and the lives all believers.
None of the others attributes can operate without the Spirit of the fear of the LORD.
Do You fear God ?
10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: And the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
I hear the LORD say many relationships , homes, churches, business, and careers are destroyed not because of lack love, passion, wisdom, and insight but a lack of the spirit of fear of the Lord.
Now let me be clear the fear that I am talking about is not unhealthy terror, anxiety, and intimidation. God has not given us that type fear.
What is The spirit (mindset) of fear of the Lord?
8 Let all the earth fear the Lord: Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
A feeling of profound reverence, exaltation, respect, honor for the LORD.
The are many people that may have a love for God but the are fewer people that fear the LORD.
Love leads to intimacy and familiarity; the spirit of the fear leads to reverence, obedience, respect, honor and holiness.
Apage love includes honor and obedience to to God’s will. Apage love includes a healthy honor that leads to obedience.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
4 Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
Fear is reverence, honor, obey, high esteem, uplift,
What the spirit of the fear of God is not?
It does not mean to be afraid, to be timid, shy, or coward.
It does not mean to flee in terror or flee from the high calling of God.
A Psalm of David. 1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, They stumbled and fell. 3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: Though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. 4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple. 5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: In the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; He shall set me up upon a rock. 6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: Therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord. 7 Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice: Have mercy also upon me, and answer me. 8 When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, Lord, will I seek. 9 Hide not thy face far from me; Put not thy servant away in anger: Thou hast been my help; leave me not, Neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. 10 When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the Lord will take me up. 11 Teach me thy way, O Lord, And lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. 12 Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: For false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. 13 I had fainted, unless I had believed To see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. 14 Wait on the Lord: Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: Wait, I say, on the Lord.
7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
The word fear in this is the greek term delia which means cowardice- the trait of lacking the quality of spirit that enables you to face danger or pain with showing fear.
The spirit of the fear of the LORD is not the type of fear the causes shame , condemnation, embarrassment.
14 I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Luke 23:32–43 (KJV 1900)
32 And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put to death. 33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. 34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. 35 And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God. 36 And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar, 37 And saying, If thou be the king of the Jews, save thyself. 38 And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. 39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. 40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? 41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. 42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. 43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.
