Faith is hard, not easy. Sometimes trusting God invites the ridicule of others. Sometimes obedience to God results in difficult earthly consequences. Moses experienced both in chapter five as result of following God's plan, and this seeming setback left him doubting God in the last two verses of the chapter. So what reminders would bring Moses back to a point of surrender, and what truths will carry us through the trials of faith’s testing in our own lives?
