The Significant of Trials (ဘၣ်မနုၤအဃိတၢ်လ့ပစီတၢ်မၤကွၢ်န့ၣ်အရ့ဒိၣ်လၢပုၤခရံာ်ဖိသ့ၣ်တဖၣ်အကျါလဲၣ်)

I. Trials Are Expected(တၢ်မၤကွၢ်ဒုးအိၣ်ဖျဲၣ်ထီၣ်တၢ်ဝံသးစူၤ)

II. ​ Trials produce Maturity (တၢ်ဒိၣ်တုၤခိၣ်ပၠဲၤဒုးအိၣ်ဖျဲၣ်ထီၣ်တၢ်စူၢ်တၢ်နာ်လၢအတီ)

I. Trials Are Expected

A faithful servant endure trials with joy

v2. ယဒီပုၢ်ဝဲၢ်သ့ၣ်ဧၢ, တုၤသ.လီၤတၢ်လ့ပစီအကလုာ်ကလုာ်အပူၤဒီး, ပာ်အီၤလၢတၢ်သူၣ်ခုသးခုခဲလၢာ်တက့ၢ်.

who are the brothers and sisters James refer here?

James indicated this to the twelve tribes and dispersed abroad.

This twelve tribes could be refered to the israel or symbolic representing all God people under the new covenant.

These people are poor, humble, tempted, and influenced by Greek thoughts and culture.

These trials might involves Pain and suffering. ( who can escape for this?) not even Christians can escape from pain and suffer.

In this verse it said, when ever you experience. It didn’t say if you… whenever means the trials could be unexpected or expected

​These Christians might have to go through Persecution, sickness, poverty.

Why Joy in suffering? 1 peter 4:13 ( မ့မၢ် ဒ်သုမ့ၢ်ပှၤဘၣ်ဃုာ်ခရံာ်အတၢ်နးတၢ်ဖှီၣ်အသိး, သးခု, ဒ်သိးသုကသးခုစ့ၢ်ကီး ဒိၣ်ဒိၣ်ကလဲာ်ဖဲအဝဲဒၣ်အလၤအကပီၤအိၣ်ဖျါထီၣ်န့ၣ်တက့ၢ်.

we have Joy because we know that we will have not not suffer forever.

“Nothing is permanent in this world, not even our troubles.” Charlie Chaplin.

In the past, present, and future— Trials will always be with us. Sometimes These trials aren’t the same. Various trials- it might recycles itself.

As we are Christian, we are able to ecounter Trials with joy because we have hope that is alive.

in Verse 12, ပုၤလၢအဒိးဘၣ်တၢ်လ့ပစီန့ၣ်, ဘၣ်ဆိၣ်ဂ့ၤဝဲလီၤ. အဂ့ၢ်ဒ်အံၤ, ဒိးတၢ်လ့ပစီဝံၤဒီး, ကန့ၢ်ဘၣ်တၢ်မူအခိၣ်သလုးလၢကစၢ်စံးပာ်လၢအအဲၣ်အီၤတဖၣ်အဂီၢ်လီၤ.

Sometimes when we Go through trials we asked ourselve, why do bad people don’t have to go through bad things while we are christians have to go through bad stuff?

Think of Trials as going to the gym. The first time when you go to Gym you will get sore. However, after a few days you go to the gym you get used to it. Somehow, it makes you stronger. ( EXAMPLE OF THE RAH EH DOH SOE)

That’s how Christians live should be, it should make Christians stronger.

II. Trials reveal Who You Are

v3. အဂ့ၢ်ဒ်အံၤသုသ့ၣ်ညါလၢတၢ်မၤကွၢ်သုတၢ်နာ်န့ၣ်, ဒုးအိၣ်ထီၣ်တၢ်ဝံသးစူၤလီၤ

Where is your Faith Journey right now? Some of us might drink milk, while some of others might eat solid foods.

It doesn’t matter where we are at, but our faith will be tested.

How is our faith will be tested?

Remember Abraham and Job.

- In Genesis 22- Abraham were asked to sacrifice Issac.

Job- Lost everything/ properties and his children.

Although these people have to go through things, their faith still stay. And they endure it.

In the trials, we can see DIFFERNT colors of believers> the color of your faith will be shown in there

ပတၢ်နာ်မ့ၢ်တအိၣ်ဘၣ်န့ၣ်ပတၢ်မုၢ်လၢ်တအိၣ်ဘၣ်

ပတၢ်မုၢ်လၢ်မ့ၢ်တအိၣ်ဘၣ်န့ၣ် ပနါစိၤတူၢ်တၢ်ဖှီၣ်တကဲဘၣ်

However, we have have hope that is alive, that is why we must faithfully endure the tasks.

There are many trials that will test our faith.

As I was reading an article. This nurse was working at CVS since 2018, and in 2022 she got fire. The CVS company are going to sell ABORTION PILLS. Since it against her belief (freedom of religion) she told the people above her that she can’t sell it due to her belief. She later got fire.

Sometimes, you will have to chose foods over faith, Job over faith, which one are you going to choose?

III. Trials produce Maturity

V4. ဘၣ်ဆၣ်ဒီးမ်တၢ်ဝံသးစူၤအိၣ်ဒီးအတၢ်မၤအလၢအပှဲၤ, ဒ်သိးသုကလၢထီၣ်ပှဲၤထီၣ်, ဒီးအိၣ်ဒီးတၢ်ခဲလၢာ်, ဒီးတလီၤစှၤဘၣ်လၢတၢ်နီတမံၤဘၣ်န့ၣ်တက့ၢ်.

we can look at the example of Paul live, at first he killed many christians. He thought what he did was right. Later, when he encounter christ, he was blind… when his eyes was open, his heart was also open.. Because of this event, he became a mature believer.

Without endurence, christians can never become mature.

What is sad about today’s society is that, people are consumed by anger, an anger that rests on deep oppls of sadness, isolation, loss, and fear.

William Barclay said, “Endurance is not just the ability to bear a hard thing, but to turn it into godly.

Once we master endurance and apply it in to ourlives, people will see the Glory of God.

He continued, “That endurance is to be found in Christ. HE HIMSELF ENDURED TO THE END< AND HE CAN ENABLE THOSE WHO WALK WITH HIM TO ACHIEVE THE SAME ENDURANCE AND TO REACH THE SAME GOAL>
