When it comes to leadership, I have discovered that many individuals want power, but not responsibility

We want the title but not the function

Leadership is about influence, are you a leader people are want to follow (conduct, behavior, morals)

Leading from the middle, not the back (dictator vs. servant leader)

Leadership comes with hard decisions (this takes us to our text)
