WHAT TIME IS IT

WHAT TIME IS IT?:

ok ok......let me see What.... time ....is ...it? Because Pastor said we had 10-15 minutes

When he said that, I thought to myself oh pfft 10-15 mins is NOTHING!!!

But then it hit me that there are 10-15 minutes and then..... there are 10-15 MINUTES!!!!

You know.... 10-15 minutes go by real quick when you're

on Facebook

or hanging out with friends

or even trying to take a nap

BUT......THEN.....it's them 10-15 minutes that seem longer, like,

the last 10-15 minutes before clocking out for work

or when you're 10-15 minutes from the house and gotta use the bathroom.

Or when you have to speak in the mic in front of people. Man I pretty sure time slows down at that time.

So, I just wanna see...... WHAT TIME IS IT so I can be obedient.

And the bible says there's a time for everything in Ecc 3:1-11 the NLT version reads:

1 For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.

2 A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest.

3 A time to kill and a time to heal. A time to tear down and a time to build up.

4 A time to cry and a time to laugh. A time to grieve and a time to dance.

5 A time to scatter stones and a time to gather stones. A time to embrace and a time to turn away.

6 A time to search and a time to quit searching. A time to keep and a time to throw away.

7 A time to tear and a time to mend. A time to be quiet and a time to speak.

8 A time to love and a time to hate. A time for war and a time for peace.

9 What do people really get for all their hard work?

10 I have seen the burden God has placed on us all.

11 Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.

So there is a time for everything!!!

But one thing that scripture does NOT say is, there's a time......... for FEAR.

As a matter of fact, in 2 Tim 1:7 it says: God has not given us a spirit of fear but power, love!!! And a sound mind, and prior to that it says stir up the gift.

Hold on let me see WHAT TIME IS IT

We get comfortable with the things that we're used to doing, it's easy, second nature. Something's we can do with our eyes closed. Some things we just have to just show up for and put little to no effort too Like:

When it’s time to eat, unless your cooking,

~Grocery shopping, grab items, put them in the pot, cook them, serve them

you know when it’s time to get up for work,

~Alarm, shower, teeth, hair, drive

you know when it’s time to celebrate a loved one, (birthdays, graduations, retirement)

~Throw parties, get a room, invite people, decorate, put together a menu, games

we know when Holidays, Christmas is coming,

~Tree, Shopping, gifts, wrapping, WE PREPARE FOR IT!!

WE PREPARE FOR IT!!!

WHY???

Because we know, that’s what time it is........ and................ we..... gotta do what we gotta do

We prepare when we know what time it is

Amen?

God is calling us to the next level in him, we have

sat

been comfortable with our familiar routine.

we sit Sunday after Sunday,

bible study after bible study,

service after service,

trials, testimonies and breakthroughs, healing.

Year after year just getting fat off of the Word and life

Just absorbing and it’s not just for us

God is calling us to step out of the normal, step out of the routine, he’s telling us it’s time to step out to the next level it’s time to move beyond your comfort zone.

Ladies....A PEW PRINCESS IS NOT POSITION IN THE KINGDOM!!! lol

But how do you know what God is calling you to? You may see different signs

God may use a Prophet

He will have other people to speak it into you

He will surround you with those who will pour into you (mantle)

He will surround you with those who are on the same path as you.

He will drop it in your spirit,

or He will give you Visions and dreams

When you start seeing these signs...... THEN..... THAT’S..... how you know WHAT TIME IT IS!!

You just have to watch, pray and pay attention and ask yourself...... WHAT TIME IS IT?? what time is it?? So you can prepare

God is so funny...... he gave me this and I KNOW it was nobody BUT God!! Because who am I to tell someone to do or to be when I'm running myself.....who am I??

Who....am I?? My God, I am a broken vessel who surrendered and I don’t want to be the reason someone misses out on their blessing, I don’t want to someone to go home bound because I was to afraid to speak a word to them.

EXCUSES

We come up with so many excuses on why we can’t or why we shouldn’t ..... and some of them are good reasons

But Jesus never came up with an excuse to get out of dying for us.

I was watching the "chosen" series I don’t know if any of you have watched it.

it’s just a re-enactment of the bible and there is an episode on the story when they ran out of wine at the party and Mary went to Jesus and asked for help and Jesus replied “My time has not yet come” and in the show Mary said to him "if not now, than when"? Then walked away from him. When I tell you that thing hit me!! If not now, then when? What are you waiting for? If you wait on your timing you would NEVER do it.

I know this is women’s month and that the world as a whole is celebrating women. I also know that there is a move of God that is shifting women into position and ladies we here at New Cathedral are part of that shift. I sat and I listened to our speakers this month and how it began to be a theme of edification. God was just tell me it’s time.....it’s time.....it’s time.....

Ladies, all we have to do is know what time is it!

We don't have to be perfect,

We don't even have to do it perfect.

We are flawed humans, operating under the grace, the power and the anointing of God.

Phil 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ”

You know what that means? He will always be working on us until the day he returns!!!

God wants us to trust him. It’s funny how we can trust him in some areas of our lives but not others. Lord I want to trust you with my WHOLE life. In EVERY area of my life!!

The word says “He will never leave you nor Forsake you......”

You just need to continue to press, prepare and trust God like you do for everything else. God’s got you.

And you just need to ASK YOURSELVES...... WHAT TIME IS IT?
