God has given you a unique calling. He has written your story to demonstrate His awesome power and His unyielding love both to you and to those who witness your story unfold.
“You were designed to be distinctive, special, irreplaceable, and unique, so refuse to be “normal”! Go beyond average! Do not strive to be accepted, rather strive to be yourself. Shun the minimum; pursue the maximum. Utilize all your functions—maximize yourself! Use yourself up for the glory of your Creator. I admonish you: Die empty. Die fulfilled by dying unfilled.”
What is calling ? The word calling means the specific assignment that God wants you to do on the earth.
What is Ministry ? The word ministry simply means service. Ministry is serving, and to minister is to serve.
You’re calling, is always design to do the following connect, relate, and innovate
1. First Calling is your identity when knitting you together in your mother's womb
ps 139:13-16 “You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.”
“Fear is the source of ninety percent of the lack of progress and personal development in the lives of millions of gifted, talented, and resourceful individuals. Many experts in the field of human behavior have stated that the fear of failure and the fear of success are the two most powerful and most prevalent fears experienced by the human family. The great politician, King Solomon, states it this way:
Fear of man will prove to be a snare [trap of restriction], but whoever trusts in the Lord [in the assessment of his Creator] is kept safe (Proverbs 29:25).”
“In other words, when we believe the opinions of men and their assessment of our ability, these perceptions and opinions imprison us and eventually become a trap that impedes and limits the maximization of our true potential.”
A. God named us before our biological parents gave us a name
Is 43:1 “But now, O Jacob, listen to the Lord who created you. O Israel, the one who formed you says, “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine.”
B. God is always naming us and calling the truth out in us
The enemy is always telling us who we are not and we believe that more than we believe what God says about us and calls us. So we have to remind ourselves every day of what God says and calls us—a beloved daughter, a powerful son, an incredible friend. We are made in His image and He names us with grace and truth so that we can become who He created us to be. Gen 1:26 “Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.””
C. When you know your true divine identity you were able to try things and move into your assignment and every assignment God invites you into matches your identity.
You are the only one God has anointed for your specific assignment
No one can replace your assignment.
If God could have found a replacement for your assignment, He would have never given it to you.
“Everything Created Contains An Instruction, An Assignment, To Solve A Specific Problem.
Your Assignment Is Not Decided By You, But Discovered By You.
Within you is an invisible calling, purpose, and destiny.”
D. my true divine breaks open the anointing so that I can discover my assignment that has been given by the Holy Spirit
IS 10:27 “In that day the Lord will end the bondage of his people. He will break the yoke of slavery and lift it from their shoulders.*” This is because of the anointing
“An Assignment requires an anointing.
Specific Assignments require specific anointings.
A leadership anointing enables you to love.
An administrative anointing produces order.
A healing anointing releases health.
A Psalmist anointing unlocks worship.”
2. Calling is your gifting and your gifting is an expression of your identity
Rom 1:11 “For I long to visit you so I can bring you some spiritual gift that will help you grow strong in the Lord.”
“For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭1‬:‭11‬ ‭ASV‬‬

A. Partnering with Holy Spirit
• Gifts are not something you do; it’s a partnership with the Holy Spirit within you
• You can access the gifts of the Holy Spirit through other people imparting them to you.

When you're willing to do what you're unqualified to do, that's what qualifies you.
3. Ministry calling on the earth, to expand the kingdom of God, and not yourself .
Romans 10:15, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” This verse reminds us that when we are called to ministry, it is not for ourselves, but for the glory of God. We are to be bearers of the good news, and it is our mission to share that good news with others. We are to spread the message of salvation and redemption to all who will hear it, and to bring people into the kingdom of God.
A. • God has a plan for those who accept the call to ministry.
• Obedience and faithfulness are key in carrying out this plan.
• We are called to be messengers of God's truth and spread the Good News.
Your attitude makes all the difference in your calling
B. Our ministry calling to the earth is always to bring God the highest glory
Matt 5:14-16 ““You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.”
Our ministry is always to point back to the kingdom and not what we have done . When this take place Holy Spirit will give more territory to expand the kingdom of God.
God is looking for people who are in hot pursuit of his presence.
Our identity sets the tone for all we do and become. Christians who live out of who they really are cannot be crippled by the opinions of others. They don't work to fit into other people's expectations, but burn with the realization of who the Father. says they are.
C. always let your gifts make move for you
“A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before the great.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭18‬:‭16‬ ‭ESV‬‬
“A man's gift maketh room for him, And bringeth him before great men.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭18‬:‭16‬ ‭KJV‬‬
People of excellence will always be brought before people of influence.
Took : closing - At the end of your life only one thing will matter:
Did you do the thing God put you on earth to do?
Did you finish the work?
Did you become all that you were gifted and capable of becoming?
Jesus was only 33 when he summarized his life in a final prayer: “Father, I have finished the work You have given me to do.”
There it is—the most important statement you could ever make is “I FINISHED THE WORK!” Therefore, the most important question you will ever answer is: “What is the work you are called to do?”
When you know your identity you will know what you are called to do .
