What God Gives Converts

Notice:

The gift of His Salvation.

John 10:28 KJV

And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

The gift of His Scripture.

Psalm 68:11 KJV

The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

The gift of His Servants.

Ephesians 4:11 KJV

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

The gift of His Spirit.

John 14:16 KJV

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

Here in four words is some other GIFTS God gives converts:

I. He Gives EXERTION.

“diligence”

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

II. He Gives EXPRESSION.

“write”

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

III. He Gives EVANGELIZATION.

“common”

Romans 10:9–10 KJV

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:13 KJV

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

IV. He Gives EXECUTION.
