Because I Know Who Is With Me!

Psalm 27:4 “4 One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple.”

We have been hoodwinked into believing that “Passion” is only towards lustful things; yes, I understand, it is with passion I chased after Lady Hudson - And it was not Biblical! I did so because I was focused on the wrong thing, because Passion is not sin, it gets you motivated to move towards the thing that you are desiring the most!

Passion = Sufferings, Endurance, Intense Emotional Desire Towards A Thing

If you do not have a Passion for it, then you will not continue in it because it is not that important to you!

Paul and Barnabas had a passion to do The Will of God, so regardless (part 2 from last week) of the threat, impending opposition, because God has chosen me for this work, and my passion is rightly directed towards pleasing Him, then I know I am empowered to finish the work!

Regardless of what my flesh is trying to get me to believe, regardless of what my heart says, because God said it, I will continue on towards it, because I have The Holy Spirit In me and Christ Is With Me, then I know I have the power to continue on Galatians 5:24 “24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”

The reason those religious leaders were missing The Visitation of Christ, is because they had misplaced their passion towards the law, and refused to be redirected towards The Way! The heart was believed to be a place where the “seat of intelligence and will” resided, but when you are filled with The Holy Spirit and He has given you guided instructions, your heart now turns towards God and will sell out for His Will to be done!

Matthew 6:21 “21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

Treasure - what one values the most - something of a highly estimated value - the storage place of what you value the most!

This is why Jesus instructs us to not store up in earthly things, but heavenly things - Do not allow your vision to be skewed by the things you see, because they are temporal, but put your mind on those eternal things in God, Whom never decays, rust, rot, or lose his value. . .

The enemy comes to remove your passion, kill your passion, destroy your passion, by creating a false sense of service to God, all because of what you have been taught by the world systems - But I am here to tell you, although you have those to oppose you, it does not matter because I have gone forth in The Power (Acts 13:4 “4 So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus.” )

When your desire is to The Lord and all that He has called you to do, the threat will not weaken you, therefore, continue on! How is that we fear something that cannot kill us?

When God Is Getting All Of The Glory Out Of This!

Continue On, even when those who were once with you, they may leave, continue on!

Friends may leave - Continue On

Family May Turn their back on you - Continue On!

Let nothing send you into a diminished capacity when you know that You have The Victory over whatever is trying to bring you down!

Even when your own mind is against you, continue on!

You have turn aside towards The Power Of God! You are convinced that The Holy Spirit is the source of my strength and I have let His Mind be in me, therefore, I run on to see what the end will be! I’d rather be wrong following God, then right chasing after the world!

If you feel empty, check your vision, and see what you are focusing on the most: 1 Samuel 12:21 “21 And do not turn aside; for then you would go after empty things which cannot profit or deliver, for they are nothing.”

My passion is to seek after The Lord and dwell in The Kingdom forever, therefore my mind is made up, nothing can change it, I am ready for what is ahead because I know Who I am doing this for and Whose with me every where I go!

The reason why some do not continue on is because they allow their mind to be skewed with the world’s perspective of them! Paul and Barnabas healed the lame man, just because of The Language Paul spoke towards him - their language was not of the traditions of man, but of God, and had power to call those things into existence - Acts 14:10 “10 said with a loud voice, “Stand up straight on your feet!” And he leaped and walked.” Some are confused because of the language we speak, and they are misinterpreting who you are in Christ! That is okay, you just remain bold in The Lord and guide everyone to The Glory of God!

You can only continue on in The Power Of The Holy Spirit - You have to lay down your thinking, your way, and allow The Holy Spirit To Continue You On In The Way!

Jesus, the man part, had that moment in the garden, when His flesh wanted to speak louder than His Purpose!
