When Mary Magdalene discovered Jesus’ body missing from His tomb, the confusion and sense of loss must have been great. Focusing on our despair can cause us to ignore the evidence around us that God is still with us. We can blame others for stealing our joy or bringing chaos to our lives. But when we learn to recognize Christ in us, around us and through others, it becomes easier to not let circumstances bring us to our knees. Except to pray, of course!
