Intro: Can a smart, educated 21st Century person really believe in the resurrection of Jesus? Good Friday and Easter Sunday are the cornerstone of the christian faith. The cross is the door to salvation and the resurrection is the hinge on which it turns. If Jesus didn’t rise from death then he would have been a martyr. Good man dying for a good cause. Christianity is a religion of the resurrection. This is what separates Christianity from every other religion. Everyone’s God has died but only one God got back up on the third day!
