Highest Free-fall Parachute Jump
Felix Baumgartner (Austria) makes the highest free-fall parachute jump in history, landing in New Mexico, USA, from an altitude of 38,969.4 m (127,852 ft) on 14 October. In the course of the jump, which is seen by 8 million viewers on YouTube, Baumgartner also breaks seven other world records.
Every single one of these events was proceeded by a similar response to those who witnessed it.

4. This miracle gives us hope.

5. This miracle laid the foundation for more miracles.
