Prepare to be unprepared

2 Timothy 4:2 NKJV

2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.

1. Believe in your call.

what do you mean believe in your call? When you believe your call, you prepare for for what you do not yet see.

in this place that you are now you should be praying for the one preaching as if you where preaching!

you should be serving in the way that you hope to be served. you are not serving the man or woman in the office.

you are serving the Lord!

as you serve in the time of preparation, you are sewing into your future.

2. Be in the word and let the word be in you

Hebrews 4:12 NKJV

12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Psalm 119:109 NKJV

109 My life is continually in my hand, Yet I do not forget Your law.

3. Find a place of service.

16 A man’s gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men.
