Verse 42

Acts 2:42 ESV

42 And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.

Devotion: love, loyalty, or enthusiasm for a person, activity, or cause.

We must be devoted to the teaching of Scripture

We must be devoted to fellowship with one another

We must be devoted to remembering the Lord’s sacrifice

We must be devoted to prayer

Verse 43

Acts 2:43 ESV

43 And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles.

Awe upon every soul

God working brings awe and wonder
