Jesus gives his people an unshakable, eternal joy. This joy comes by faith, and it causes his people to press into his grace, to resist jealousy, and to endure in the midst of every circumstance. Jealousy, which is the enemy of joy, will seek to rid us of it, but in Christ, God's people will endure.
