It is a difficult thing that the king requests, and there is no other who can tell it to the king except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.”
God’s Temple - All for us to have access to God!
Exodus 25:22 NKJV
And there I will meet with you, and I will speak with you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the Testimony, about everything which I will give you in commandment to the children of Israel.
Exodus 25:8 NKJV
And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.
Isaiah 7:14 NKJV
Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.
Matthew 1:21–23 NKJV
And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”

Structure was made for us

John 3:16–17 NKJV
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
Psalm 36:7 NKJV
How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings.
Romans 5:7–8 NKJV
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:10 NKJV
For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
Luke 19:10 NKJV
for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

Bring the sanctuary to people.

1 Peter 2:9 NKJV
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
1 Corinthians 6:19 NKJV
Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
The sanctuary is not about a building, but about the presence of God in people.
Matthew 28:18–20 NKJV
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
Revelation 21:3 NKJV
And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.
Ever since the separation of Sin, God has ached to be with you and with people. Jesus came to bridge the gap that sin created - so we can find presence with Him.
The sanctuary is about God’s presence through His Son Jesus Christ in our community. A place where people can find hope, healing and peace!

Appeal

God is seeking your presence - will you come to Him?
Will you bring people into His presence?
We want this place to be for God’s presence in worship:
WORSHIP OF GOD: For the worship, praise and prayer; For the preaching of the gospel; For the celebration of God’s Sabbath day
HOPE: For the promotion of righteousness; For the proclamation of the Three Angel’s Messages, For the extension of the kingdom of God:
HEALING: For comfort to those who mourn; For strength to those who are tempted; For assurance to those of little faith.
PEACE: In gratitude for God’s faithfulness in His saving covenant with us. That we can trust that He will give us respite from the enemy. In the hope of the soon coming Peacemaker, Jesus the Messiah
