Intro: Its good to know that we do not have a small God. Any an all thoughts or doubts about God, His abilities, or His power, are continually eradicated by the in-depth study and meditation of God’s Word. Whenever you start to limit God’s abilities in your mind, you must know that is not the God of the Bible, who alone poses aseity, sovereignty, and righteousness. The World around us wants nothing more than to limit the power of God because they hate a powerfully sovereign God and seek to reduce him more and more until His omnipotent power is diminished into non-existence. And a Christian who is constantly exposed to the world and their ideas will find themselves doubting God more and more if those thoughts are not continually combatted by Gods word. I n Psalm 139, we find deep theological truths about God, and seeing how The psalmist applies these truths to himself, should give us encouragement to do the same.

Gods Knowledge is unlimited
When you come to the God of the Bible, you must realize He knows all things. There is nothing outside of his watchful gaze. there is no secret knowledge that is hidden from the librarian of Heaven, who alone holds all knowledge of all things.

we must oppose process theology
Wayne Grudem’s Systematic Theology “Process Theology is a theological position that says process and change are essential aspects of genuine existence, and therefore God must be changing over time also, just like everything else that exists.”

Problems
applying the rules of the universe to God
this means God doesn't know all things, He learns things.
this makes God into a being that responds to humans instead of one who is Sovereign over them

denis prager (Adultery)
“I am less interested in the interior person, morally speaking, than you are, than probably any of you are -- largely I do believe because I come from a behaviorist, law-based religion. We care how you act." "That’s why we don’t have a claim that if you look at another woman with lust, it’s as if you’ve committed adultery with her," said Prager. he added. "And we have no equivalent that if you look upon another woman with lust, it’s as if you’ve committed adultery with your heart."There’s only one way to commit adultery in Judaism and it’s with a different organ," said Prager. "And I’m not being cute. I’m being very realistic. Looking with lust is not a sin in Judaism." He was then asked about pornography. “Men want variety," Prager said. "If pornography is a substitute for one’s wife, it’s awful. If it’s a substitute for adultery, it’s not awful.”

What This Tells us About God
What This Tells us About God
This tells us a simple truth about God that separates Him from other gods. while other pagan gods are locked into their geographical regions or can only operate in certain realms, The God of the Bible stands out as transcending all such limitations. Being the Master and Creator of all the Cosmos, existing outside of them, not being bound by time and space, Yahweh can be in all places at all times.

C.H. Spurgeon “In proportion as we are fully reconciled to God, love Him and rejoice in Him, it will become a cause of joy to reflect that our best friend is never away from us - that our protector’s hand is never removed, that the great observant eyes of divine love are never closed.”

What This Tells Us About God
We are not disconnected from God in such a way that He cannot relate to us, know about the struggles and cares of our lives, or what we will go through.
He is not a deistic God

You Should Want to Align Yourself With Him(Ps. 139:19-24)
1. The Psalmist shows the only true reaction about this knowledge. Instead of rebelling against Him, you should align yourself with Him. Come to Him and learn from Him
