Theme: In Daniel 9 we see that before more visions and more interpretations are given to Daniel, he records his own prayer of intercession for God's people. There are many wonderful prayers recorded in the Bible, however, this prayer gives us a window into the character of Daniel, how prayer works and the spiritual warfare it takes to answer them, and a model for intercession today. We want to pray prayers that God loves, and Daniel shows us how effective and powerful prayer can be.
