“A penny for your thoughts?” “Whatcha thinkin’ about?” “Is anyone home?” “Earth to (your name), earth to (your name).”

Have you ever been asked those or heard that? Of course you have (or something along those lines).They’re connected to the reality that somehow or another

our conscious minds are always firing with some kind of thoughts. Beyond that is the realm of the subconscious mind which its own unique world & realm.

Today we’ll look at some of what God says in scripture concerning our thoughts. We’ll see how important they are & how powerful they can be.Years ago I

remember coming across a message called “The Theater ofYour Mind: What’s Showing?” May God show us how to keep the screen positive, appropriate, productive

& pure.

When it comes to our thoughts, God says to …

filter & focus them.

Don’t invite or welcome negative or destructive thoughts. -Phil 4:8 / 2 Cor 10:5

understand their potential & unleash their power.

Though at times clumsy, words can [make that will] change your life. -Romans 12:1-2

Memorize Philippians 4:8 & Romans 12:2. Rehearse them daily this coming week. If you’re so inclined to do so, memorize 2 Corinthians 10:5 too. Rehearse
