Even in a room full of people, we can feel alone. Loneliness is at epidemic levels currently. Loneliness is just as common in Christians as in non-believers. Research shows that loneliness is emotionally painful and can lead to psychiatric disorders like anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, and even hallucinations.
