We all need a Model..... Someone we respect to show us how to lead. Model what to do and sometimes what NOT to do.

How to handle chaos and how not to handle chaos. Leaders dont run from chaos, the limp is not an excuse not to face it. Its the very reason you should.

Many leaders thinking that running from Chaos is a better option.

Many believe blaming others and isolation in the midst of chaos is another best option.

Thats not your best option. Your limps are previous lessons you take with you into battle.

But lets be honest no one can enter the lane of leadership and not fail.

The deficiencies of man does not disquailify you from Leadership on Gods program. There are plenty of leaders God used that probably would have be fired, removed, disquailfied from being in pulpits today.
