Matthew 14:13–21 (NKJV) 13 When Jesus heard it, He departed from there by boat to a deserted place by Himself. But when the multitudes heard it, they followed Him on foot from the cities. 14 And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick. 15 When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, “This is a deserted place, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves food.” 16 But Jesus said to them, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.” 17 And they said to Him, “We have here only five loaves and two fish.” 18 He said, “Bring them here to Me.” 19 Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes. 20 So they all ate and were filled, and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained. 21 Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children.

Disciples- Send Them Away-

Send- to dismiss, let die, let go

Jesus Had Compassion on The Multitude-We Cant Send Away What Jesus Loves

“For God So Loved The World He Sent.....”

God Sends Answers To People He Loves- Jesus

You Give Them Something To Eat- You give them what they need. They need to eat.

They Disagree/ Question Jesus because they dont understand who it is telling them to fill the need of the people.

We Only Have- Enough for us,

The Disciples Were Hungry- Mark 6:30–31 (NKJV)

30 Then the apostles gathered to Jesus and told Him all things, both what they had done and what they had taught. 31 And He said to them, “Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” For there were many coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.

God We Don’t Have Enough-

“We don’t have enough” During that time when I felt so overwhelmed I read the fishes & loaves passage and was convicted.

If He Cant Trust You With Money-

faithful- trust worthy- believer

Luke 16:11 (NIV) 11 So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches?

Christians Dont Give Because

-They Fear They wont Have Enough-

-Dont Know or Believe Gods Word/ Promises

-Dont Car-Takers not Givers

Fear of Not Enough

Poor People Fear Not Having Enough- People In Uganda

Rich People Fear Not Having Enough

Your healing shall spring forth speedily,

And your righteousness shall go before you;

The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
