Introduction- Kids Say the Darndest Things
Introduction- Kids Say the Darndest Things
is an American comedy series that originally aired on CBS in 1997
The premise of the show was the host would begin a conversation by posing a question about life topics to a child, who usually responds with their own innocent, often comedic perspectives on the various topics.
Take For Example
One Sunday AS THE offering tray passed in a church, a little girl took the tray, put it on the floor, and stood up in the offering plate. The usher said, “Honey, why are you doing that?” And she said, “Because they taught me in Sunday school that my whole body was to be offered to the Savior.”
This little girl got the point that she was the one who belonged in the tray- Sunday School helped this little girl to get her mind right regarding God.
Recently I listened to podcast titled

Those Loved By God & Called to be Saints
7 To all those in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Purpose of God’s Patient Kindness
The Purpose of God’s Patient Kindness
4 Or do you presume on the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance?
All For Short Of God’s Glory
All For Short Of God’s Glory
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
While We Were Still Weak, Christ Died
While We Were Still Weak, Christ Died
6 For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
7 For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die—
8 but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Wages of Sin Vs. Free Gift of God
Wages of Sin Vs. Free Gift of God
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Jesus Christ & What I Think Vs. What I Do
Jesus Christ & What I Think Vs. What I Do
24 Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?
25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin.
There is No Condemnation
There is No Condemnation
1 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
All Things Work Together For Good...
All Things Work Together For Good...
28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
Hearing God Through Preaching
Hearing God Through Preaching
12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him.
13 For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?
Inscrutable Ways Of God
Inscrutable Ways Of God
33 Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!
34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?”
35 “Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?”
36 For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.
Through Him We Live & Move & Have...
Through Him We Live & Move & Have...
28 for “ ‘In him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your own poets have said, “ ‘For we are indeed his offspring.’
Our Worship within the reality that the LORD is good!

1 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
Mercies- to show mercy and concern, with the implication of sensitivity and compassion
Present- to make something available to someone without necessarily involving actual change of ownership
Giving back what actually belongs to God
19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,
Enabled by the Holy Spirit
Enabled by the Holy Spirit
12 So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.
13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
Acceptable- pertaining to that which causes someone to be pleased
How Are You Seeking To Please?
Spiritual- pertaining to being genuine, in the sense of being true to the real and essential nature of something—‘rational, genuine, true.’
23 But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him.
24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

God’s Superior Nature (Serves As The Building Material To) Remodel Our Minds (Attitudes)
2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
DeJesus Industries, or DEJESUS, is an ultra high end construction company whose goal is to execute meaningful projects attracting the Massachusetts and New York elite, such as heads of state, business, finance, politics, media, law, sports, medicine, tech, education, and beyond.
According to dictionary.com, 'renovatus' originated in the early to mid 1400's, which is latin for the Middle English term 'renovate' meaning to restore to good condition. 'Remodel' was first recorded in the 1780-90's which means to reconstruct or make over.
Both terms are used interchangeably, but it is important to note the distinction when starting a project on your home. As mentioned, renovate indicates that you would like to keep and restore certain aspects of an area, whereas remodeling indicates that you would like to remove everything and redo the entire area.
To avoid confusion of the terms, these are sometimes referred to as a partial and full remodeling projects. These are the preferred terms in the construction industry because it gives a clear picture to the contractor of whether everything is going or some of it.
Attitude- (from dictionary)- a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior.
Conformed- to form or mold one’s behavior in accordance with a particular pattern or set of standards
World- the system of practices and standards associated with secular society (that is, without reference to any demands or requirements of God)
Transformed- to change the essential form or nature of something
Renewal- to cause something to become new and different, with the implication of becoming superior.
Mind- a particular manner or way of thinking—‘way of thinking, disposition, manner of thought, attitude.’
5 Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’
8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
3 You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.

Discover The Desires Of God By Submitting To The Holy Spirit
Discover The Desires Of God By Submitting To The Holy Spirit
In other words, God starts revealing to you his ways and desires when we begin to listen to the Holy Sprit. By listening I mean we begin to obey, head, and follow the direction and leading of the Holy Spirit and then God reveals things to us about his desires.
2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Testing- to learn the genuineness of something by examination and testing, often through actual use
Discern-to learn the genuineness of something by
examination and testing, often through actual use
Will- that which is desired or wished for
Good- positive moral qualities of the most general nature—‘good, goodness, good act
Acceptable- pertaining to that which causes someone to be pleased—‘pleasing to, pleasingly.’
21 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’
22 And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here, I have made two talents more.’
23 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’
Perfect- pertaining to being perfect in the sense of not lacking any moral quality
8 for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
Illustration: The proof is in the pudding is an expression that means the value, quality, or truth of something must be judged based on direct experience with it—or on its results. The expression is an alteration of an older saying that makes the meaning a bit clearer: the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
Which means you have to eat the pudding to know what's inside of it.
The performance of something is its only true test; You must try something to know its true quality.
8 Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Close- There was another sacrifice
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
While we are living sacrifices, Jesus was a sacrifice that died on our behalf
Jesus made an offering for our guilt
Jesus made an offering for our guilt
10 Yet it was the will of the Lord to crush him; he has put him to grief; when his soul makes an offering for guilt, he shall see his offspring; he shall prolong his days; the will of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.
Have This Mind in You
Have This Mind in You
5 Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus,
6 who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped,
7 but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.
8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name,
10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The LORD’s Thoughts Towards You
The LORD’s Thoughts Towards You
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Eyes Have Not Seen, Nor Ears Heard, Nor the Heart of Man Imagined
Eyes Have Not Seen, Nor Ears Heard, Nor the Heart of Man Imagined
9 But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him”—
10 these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
11 For who knows a person’s thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God.
13 And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual.
14 The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.
15 The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.
16 “For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.
