Whatever is True
Whatever is True
Philippians 4:1-9
Philippians 4:1-9
A. Exhortation, encouragement, and Prayer. Vs.2-9
Today I want to speak to the Ladies of coarse but Men need to be vigilant in hearing today. While I praise the work of our women today, it throws a look on the Men of the church. I don’t mean to look down on you but to enlighten our role in the church!
B. How do we adjust our thinking to be in agreement as Paul has entreated? Let’s take a deep look at verse 8-9.
8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. 9 What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Think On These Things
Think On These Things
A. This is how we adjust our thinking, our motives, and our time! We MUST think on these things.
Most of our ladies today have the responsibility of running the home. Many work outside the home and still make it work! What are their thoughts in making this work? Do they want a home that is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable? ABSOLUTELY! Do they build it on their own? I certainly hope not but some have to. Some only have God to help them, and He is enough.
How do we change our focus today?
