Wish Happy Mothers Day to every mother and give a word of encouragement.
I am so grateful to be up here today on this truly special day such as Mother’s Day!
Mothers and motherhood is something that is so dear to my heart and I hope that I can to give a word of encouragement and make you believe that you were handpicked by God for your children and it is a great call and responsibility that God put on you but there is also an enemy out there that hates you and wants to destroy what God wants you to thrive and enjoy....
And that is being a mother.
My prayer is that all of you but especially mothers leave today
Encouraged
and
Equiped
To stand in the fight and embrace the call on your life as Mother’s
But I also believe that todays message will encourage every father to be the backbone for every mother and women that is in your life.
As a side note there are many of men here today that have the fathers anointing and are called to be that for those who might not have that backbone support. But being a mother to almost 5 babies I can tell you that we need that support and encouragement from you.
Todays Message is
Know your Enemy.
You see sometimes we actually forget who our enemy is and at times it becomes the very people we are trying to help and love on.
I know I had many times in life experience as a mom where my own kids somehow became the enemies and we were fighting each other instead of fighting together.
So to understand who our enemy is...
We will be going back to the very beginning.
Lets open up to
New Living Translation Chapter 3
Then the LORD God said to the serpent,
“Because you have done this, you are cursed
more than all animals, domestic and wild.
You will crawl on your belly,
groveling in the dust as long as you live.
15 And I will cause hostility between you and the woman,
and between your offspring and her offspring.
He will strike your head,
and you will strike his heel.”
