In part 1 (vv 1-19), Jesus prays for Himself and His disciples. In part 2 (vv 20-26) Jesus concludes the greatest prayer of the Bible with a prayer for us, the Church. He prays that we will walk in unity and love because the stakes are high - a lost and dying world is watching. Our unity and love for one another may very well be the reason why some come to faith in Jesus!
