Murder my father. We thank you again for the joy of meeting together. It is always a joyful occurrence, Lord, when we worship in spirit, and in truth, we are in an abled by the grace, in the mercies of God, the Holy Spirit moving and working through US. Lord. And there is that Revelation that unveiling that understanding of those things, which accompany salvation that is given to us. We are so thankful for that Lord is not just, are you saying, can you prove it? But once you are saved what there. And if it's based on the work of God, what they are, and that's what we examine the word, that's what we're examining. And I pray, you take this time as we jump into the doctrine of firstfruits today that you would open it up to us. You would give us wisdom inside. New application ability, Lord, to reflect your glory and Eternity as we discover new doctrine as you teach it to us, you are glorifying eternally in heaven. Your name is exalted as we come to this understanding. May we not just be heroes but those who hear Lord and find the ability to live functionally then as a result. So we thank you. We Praise You In Christ name amen.

By the way, if you need a moment for 1st, John 1:9 confession of any known send go for it. I'm going to take a second here to get everything lined up. Almost there.

Sunday May 21st next week is going to be Sunday May 28th, which is Pentecost in those, I mentioned previously on the day of Pentecost, we're going to be studying the Feast of Pentecost and what that means to the church. It is a significant points in a moment and one that is the little talk, more said differently, not taught enough so that we see the connection is there between the feast that God has established and do your work that he has done in the, dispensations moving from the Old Testament to the church age, and then after the church age into the Rapture and then the tribulation so important stuff for us to get a handle on it and how it ties into the Jewish feast, Is a spectacular much much, much to glean. And we'll try to stuff it into one hour and then or the two morning sessions anyways. And then from that the following week will be jumping back into James, so will get into James chapter 3 at that point. So let's start off first fruits.

So in terms of our Easter series, which we've been on, I've been kind of patting the padding the resume or padding the teaching as it were not to say there isn't far, much more that we can be looking at there is what we're taking it. Peel the onion, one layer at a time. So next year, we'll go back and will repeal it again and repeal it again. And I hope you find that methodology kind of appealing.

So in terms of our Easter series, then we can call this Easter 7 first fruits. So I have these label the Easter want Easter to Easter 3 or 7 and then Pentecost will be the final. One will be the first ODI Easter a Pentecost, but today is Easter seven, first fruits or just first fruits for you. No takers who don't want Easter attached to everything. So today we're looking at the subject of first fruits in relation to our study, through the events of the Passover or that Pascal weekend. The goes from the time. The Christ takes the disciples through the supper, in the upper room to his crucifixion and the atoning sacrifice made on the cross the app. Liberty that coincides, with the Pascal, sacrifice in the temple, we have the rending of the separation in the the Great.

What do we call that thing? That that great.

Piece of cloth between the holy of holies in the the mail. Oh yeah. And that is demonstrating Flores testimony by God and scripture to his reception of the sacrifice. And also at the testimony to the Jews who were not realizing or who were realizing that they had rejected, the Messiah of Israel, but God had accepted it. And so the veil was ripped from top to bottom from God's perspective, down to man's perspective and incomprehensible thing. This trending because the bill was so thick that it took literally 100 men to stand there and climb up there ladders and put it In place and get it attached. So that it was hanging, so noteworthy. And then we have the death of the burial of the Lord, Jesus Christ, laid in the grave and then on Sunday. So this begins on Friday, we have the crucifixion, we have the burial of Christ and then we have the Sabbath day that starts on Sunset. We go through the Sabbath day old witches Saturday, from Friday evening to Saturday evening. And then we begin the next day, which begins on Sunday. She's me Saturday evening through Sunday evening. But by the Jewish Reckoning, any part of the day, counts for a day to scripture, we have various ways. It is proposed to us cuz after 3 days Christ will be raised. Is on the third day, Christ will be raised in three days. The Christ will be raised. We have all these different prepositions that are laying out that equation for us. So we have a lot of people who are enemies of the Cross. They are enemies of the gospel and they just can't put those things together because they're trying to take our Western Way of viewing time. I'm counting days a day means 24 hours. They say, well, that's not what the Jews, but that's not what the writers of the Epistles thought. That's not anyone in the Jewish audience, who heard these things at the time thought. But we westerners in our arrogance, try to force our way, our view, our thinking, on the process, and distorted, who we also have people who are trying to back into a timeline. And they must insist For the, we go back to Thursday, not to Friday, when the crucifixion is happening. And so we have some contention within the church and then goes back again to this basic concept. We don't know how to count Jewish rabbinical Old Testament County. So again it returns to the old adage that everything you need to know about life. You learned in kindergarten, how to count is one of those and they didn't learn how to count. So, once you understand how to counter the Jewish kindergartener than you understand, this, entire process is very straightforward. You talk to any Jew, they don't have objections with the timeline, it's westerners who have objections with the timeline. So that's a good thing to be aware. So, Jesus,

Who's the first fruit of the Dead? He is the first one to rise and he arises on that Sunday and Sunday is the day of the Feast of firstfruits. So, we have three. These small go over those in a bit but I just want to cite them. So we have first Passover and then we had the Feast of unleavened bread and then we have the Feast of first fruits that go together. They are bound together. One to the other, they are the spring fees in the fourth and final piece that goes with them, is the Feast of Pentecost, 50 days later. So, or Pentecost 5 Weeks Later.

50 days. Yeah 50. Yeah because it's 49 days plus one, so it's 7 weeks, plus one source actually eight eight weeks or or 50 days

Play Jewish Reckoning. It's anyways, 50 days. So we call it Pentecost.

So now I want to store this by taking a look at Psalm 24 verse 1 as a point of reference to get us oriented to this whole first fruits thing. Where does this concept come from? What is it? What does it mean? What's the biblical precedent for it? What does it mean to the Jews? What does it mean that God? What does it mean in the Old Testament, Souls fart, and Psalm, 24 verse 1. when you hear, we have an understanding or a laying out of the idea of first fruit, Psalm 24 verse 1 says, the Earth is the Lord's and all its fullness. The world and those who dwell therein. What is that saying? God is the creator of all.

To whom is anything in creation, due to the Creator and to the sustainer. No Psalm 24. As it turns out is the third of three of the royal Psalms Psalm 22 Psalm 23 him. So I'm 24. We recently had a recitation from our little Sunday school girls. They came up and they quoted the song, 23 4S portray aspects of the Messiah and his work as prophetic writings, which will be fulfilled by your shoe at Jesus in his Earthly Ministry. Now, most of us first learn, Psalm 23 or something that we can do for me.

From a personal level, something that we can learn to understand the basic doctrines, but really it's written about the Messiah and what the Messiah is going to go through what the Messiah is going to experience what the Messiah will need on his March through the valley of death. It is applied to predictive the Messiah. Now these are principles about the character of God that we greatly relate to. So we tend to go to that first and think of the Messiah connection is a secondary thing, but that ain't true. That ain't so it isn't the case it is actually predictive of what will happen as the Messiah moves through the valley of death going to the place of his crucifixion and how he will be sustained by God himself, the great Shepherd of us all. He in his Humanity will be sustained, he will not be carried through by his own deity, as we've discussed in the last couple of weeks give DD will not be that, which sustains him, he will be in his Humanity relying upon the deity of God. The father in his Providence and God, the holy spirit in his The Fulfillment of his Providence here on Earth. So, each will be Psalms anywhere. Psalm 24, 22, 23, 24. Royal Psalms are written by David, they are written about the Messiah. And so they give us aspects of the Messiah and his war. In each of these houses prophetic writings, which will be fulfilled by your shoe and Jesus in his early Ministries. Now let's think of the idea of first fruits as worship. Now we have a broad broad spectrum of understanding across the language. Number one of what worship means across Christianity number to of what worship means. And as I have alluded to previously and we will get into her own study of it sometime in the future. We're not going to drill into it today, but we put this out there before we seen a few studies on it, but let me restate that worship. Is a mental process, it is a thinking and memory process where we take the things, the truth that review by God and we focus on it and we connect with it. Worship is not a feeling any more than love is a feeling love is a mental attitude. It is a correct approach to God and a correct approach to mankind. We have dumped it all up with the Greek concept of the gut. The idea of the heart and the gut have been mixed up in our thinking, and when we hear heart, we think 00 feelings, feel good. But in the Greek and Hebrew, in the Eastern Rome. If you're ever talking about feelings, you're talking about the gut, you're talkin about the kidneys, you're talkin about the bells member. Paul talks about bowels of Mercy, that is weird to have emotions of Mercy, that correspond to a right-thinking. If you have right doctrinal perspective, then you will have the right emotions that follow afterwards.

But you can't ever get the two mixed around, you can't let your spleen pain. You can't let your gut be that which is in charge and which is leading you because if you are or you will be a fatality of life. Every Soldier is trained in boot camp. You get run and you get run and you get run and you learn to make the decisions with your dad, not with your gut, you crawl underneath the barbed wire through the mud with machine guns, firing around. You mortars going off, grenades being passed left and right, and you keep your thinking about you, you don't panic, you don't let your gut being charged. You keep moving for thinking I Got 5 ft to go. I got 4 ft to go. I got 3 ft to go get through here next impact. How do I move? How do I work? What's a situation? What do I do? How do I keep from getting my head blown off? Stay down, keep moving, Don't Panic, you'll learn to think your way through things. That's basic Warfare 101 when we are in a spiritual war. So you must be in that same place. Therefore, you must be thinking and processing Doctrine. The instructions of God, as how to function, as a spiritual creature, which by the way, is not by your strength, not by your power, not by your stick-to-itiveness. But why you're choosing to stick to God's provision in your approach? I don't have the ability to deal with this Lord. Therefore, I will rely on you. I will walk in the spirit. I will confess my sin. I will rely on the Promises of your provision etcetera.

First fruits as worship everything that is from God is to be reflected to God everything that comes from God and provision. Physical Financial spiritual relational is to be reflected back to God, this is a sign of the creatures worship. The, our expression of gratefulness to God, or acknowledgement of his provision, for everything that's needed in life, from our Eternal salvation to our daily needs for Mana in the soul, and the manner of our physical needs. Everything. You own the barest of essential oils. That is just that which is needed to stay alive, and keep going his grace, upon Grace, upon Grace, and it's poured out to us. And it is overflowing Grace is from the abundance of God. It is not based on our Merit. Is based on the abundance of God. And yet there is Blessing by association, one way to think of this, is it, as you spend time, studying God's word is you spend time focused on Doctrine. There is a blessing in here. It's in that there is a blessed mess and they structure a blessing to God. Pours out as you learn basic, Bible Doctrine, intermediate Bible Doctrine Advanced, Bible Doctrine, there are tears levels of blessing and rewards, and jewels and gems and crowns that are made available for you throughout. Eternity know this is implied, but that means that you are living. The doctrine not hearing it. Because the Hebrew concept of hearing means to hear and to do, they don't have a distinction like we do. The Hebrews would never understand the concept of hearing Doctrine learning Doctrine, but not doing Doctrine if you're hearing it. That means you're doing if that's what hearing means, we went through and showed how that's the case with God. But every place his hearing is in vote, for example, in the dedication of the temple, when the Solomon got out, and he said, Lord hear us. Oh, Lord. And what he meant every time was here and do when we do this here and do it, when we do this here and do so, that is the case.

So this is the role of the creation to acknowledge the Creator and sustainer of life. So now I want to look at the first offering that we have on record by man. Now there is a predicate, we have that first offering that was put in place by God on behalf of man, where the lamb was slain and the lamb skins were provided to Adam and Eve as a remediation for their Syrian. There must have been a basis for that. It wasn't just given to them. It was an expression of God's grace God's provision. It happened in the garden before they left, that place of blessed mess and then outside of the garden, the next thing we run into I'm going to be a Genesis chapter 4. Here we have Express the first account of interaction between man and God recorded in the Book of Genesis as both Cain and Abel. Brought their offers offers your offerings to the cross.

Nice to meet to the Creator. They brought their offerings to the Creator mail one of the two did so rightly and the other chose his own way. One acknowledged the grace provision of God 1 emphasize the works, by the sweat of the brow of man you might say that one approach. God through God's provision. While the other attempted to approach God through his own provision. So let's look at that. Briefly starting in Genesis chapter 4 VS1. Reply. I will read through it now. Adam knew Eve, his wife and she conceived and bore Cain. And said, I have acquired a man from the Lord.

First to then, she bore again, this time his brother Abel know able was a keeper of sheet but Cain was a tiller of the ground for 3. And in the process of time, it came to pass that came brats and offering of the fruit of the ground. So, the Lord, let me repeat that when you slow it down, make sure catching it. Cain brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to the Lord. Remember what? Was said, previously that Adam and all who followed would have to live by the sweat of their brow by the tilling of the land.

We have to a new members for we have a table and he also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their Fatso one. Was a shepherd. The first Shepherd we have in scripture and the second. Here is a former one who steals the ground and grows the grains.

But m'lord respected Abel and his offering up. You look up at the slide, I have up on the wall, you'll see that I put the Hebrew here. When the Hebrew says shock. Shut off the Lord respected know some of your translations might say the Lord saw because that's what it actually means. The Lord saw. What this word means to see to receive to accept. Every good parent knows there's a couple ways and every child has learned that. There's a couple ways that the looks can be laid down. There's a time when the child comes in and say, the parents on the phone talking with someone with child comes in and they done something good, they just carry in the groceries, from outside in the car, or something like that repair and gives them that look. They look at them and they give them the approving. Look, the you are accepted, look for them. There's the time when the one kid is bullying or dealing improperly with the other kid or is getting into their own mess, whatever that. Maybe if you raised a single child, you know messing it up the Garden or doing the wrong thing in the wrong place or not picking up what they were told to pick up and you're on the phone and you give them the other Look, which is the rejection look. Or it could be the Look Away. Don't give them any luck at all. No, except there's no connection. It's the idea of you are not accepted for what you have done. When we have that rut, that is built into this idea in the Hebrew. Okay, so now verse 15, but he did not respect. And here we have lotion

Give me Hebrew Cain and his offering. So able Got The Look of acceptance but Cain did not get good luck and pain was very angry and his countenance. Phil.

I find that Illuminating isn't it amazing? How we have been established to be characters that respond to how we're treated by parents by acceptance? There is that which calls

Us to be respecters. Respecters of man, respecters of those around us and to some degree. We have been taught that we have been taught to pay attention to what other people are thinking about us. And there is a good side to that and there's a bad site to that we should learn to be respectful of culture, should be respectful of authority. We should be respectful of norms and standards that are set before us. So those are important things.

But for carrying he was angry and his countenance fell.

And we know what the result was there. So we see that there are two elements involved in the offering of the first fruits which is what Cain and Abel were involved in. Good preferring of creation, the results of Labor, the results of creation for preferred or offer to God, which is the role of man. And then we have the acceptance or the rejection by God. And the same terminology is set before us when Esther came instead before King us Uris in violation of the medo-persian law and let me take you there or Esther chapter 5 verses 1 through 2. Interesting Lee about Esther, by the way, the named god. Jehovah is not mention one time. In the entire book and yet again, and again. And again, it reveals the character in the nature of God and his Covenant relationship with his people and how he responds and it is a perfect picture of how the creation oriented to the Creator. Always gets the favor of God's. We see that here expressed as Esther comes before the king. Esther 5 verse 1. Let me read it with you not happened on the third day that Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner Court of the king's Palace across from the King's house. Well, the king said on his Royal throne in the Royal House facing the entrance of the house. Yes. By the way is highly illegal. There's a death sentence that has carried with it. Coming into the presence of the king without have been having been first called, is to be executed. No one had the right of the privilege is only the king could call someone into his presence and only then could they come into His presence first too. So, it was when the king saw Queen Esther standing in the court that she found Favor. Here's that, exact same word. We were just looking at back in Genesis only. Slightly different. It's not the Hebrew can mix together. She found favor in his sight but is he looked upon her with the look of favor of acceptance of approval, approving of her coming to him of coming forward. I'm the king held out to Esther the golden scepter that was in his hand. That means his symbol of authority and his symbol of power. And then Esther went in here and touch the top of the Sceptre. Meaning she has submitted completely to the favor and the authority of the king.

Now, back to our passage Psalm 24 and let's read the whole passage will find that it parallels, the other royal song. Psalm 24, it starts out. This is actually part of the Scripture. It may look like a heading. It's not a man-made heading. This is in the Hebrew text. This is part of the inspired scripture. When it says a Psalm of David, it's there. That's part of what is recorded first. One the Earth is the Lord's and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein verse 24. He has founded it upon the Seas and established it upon the waters. First three, who may Ascend into the hill of the Lord or who may stand in his holy place. Now, think back to Esther. Think back to the situation, she was in, who may come into the presence of the Lord Aster is illustrating for us. A certain truth about the situation in terms of authority and our ability to come into the presence of God who may Ascend into the hill of the Lord. That is who may walk up the hill to the temple of God, who has the right character. The right standing, the ability to move to that place, or who may stand in his holy Place. Once making it there, who can actually stand in his holy place. You should know by. Now, with all the TV and movies. You watched over the years, all the books to read, no one comes and stands in the presence of a king. What are you do? You come in? You coming back now, you come and get on your knees or you you genuflect, you give us a sense of courtesy but standing has to do with an idea of an acceptance. That is there. So you have genuflected and been accepted. You are standing before he who has Clean Hands and a pure heart. This is the answer who has not lifted up his soul to an idle nor sworn deceitfully.

First five, that is God, shall receive blessings from the Lord. And righteousness from the god of his salvation. Let me tell you why this is capitalized here and there's point of clarity, to be to be made.

He who has Clean Hands and a pure heart who has not lifted up his soul to an idle nor sworn deceitfully. Is depicting the Messiah. It's talking about the Messiah. I'll give you that upfront, birds fly, he shall receive blessings from the Lord. Not only is it the beginning of the sentence, but we're speaking of the Messiah. Again, he shall receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the god of his salvation verse 6, this is Jacob, that is the person of the Covenant relationship. The generation of those who seek Him. Who seek your face say law? That is think about that. And it's also a pausing point before you move on. So we have a group of several versus the first three verses in the next 3 vs. Then the final 3 vs R7. Lift up your head. Oh, ye gates, man, be lifted up. You Everlasting doors and the king of glory shall come in. Who is this king of glory, the lord strong and mighty the Lord Mighty in battle. First 9, lift up your heads O ye gates live. You Everlasting doors and the king of glory shall come in verse 10, who is this king of glory. So they're talking about, he was able to ascend he who has a right to come before the throne room of God to stand in the presence of God, who is righteous in his hands. Who has never worship tonight. I'll never know the words and gauge them soon. Can you think of any other one? No only the Lord. Jesus Christ. Yeshua Jesus. Fulfills this so then the question reflective question is asked of the congregation who is the king of glory. The one who will come and stand before God himself, it is the Lord of hosts that is Yahweh. How many uses that term for armies? The Lord of armies, the Lord of hosts. He is the king of glory. The Messiah we're being pulled, is Jehovah. Is there any question to any of those people who are confronting the Lord? Jesus Christ about his position. When he says, if you have seen me, you have seen the father Bring up Jack to his words. They say we seek the stone you and he says, for what reason do you seek the stone me? Because you have made yourself equal to. God will if they've rejected him as Messiah then? Yes. And he isn't the Messiah then. Yes, they should Stone in. But unfortunately they rejected him as Messiah but he is and they know this passage The problem is not that he's equating the Messiah with deity. The problem is, he's claiming to be Messiah and they rejected. We're so they reject his messiahship. Therefore, they reject his claim, the DAT, therefore, they pick up the stones to Stone him. Who is this? King of glory, the lord of hosts. He is the king of glory this. Psalm 24. Holds a special place in my heart because I I wrote a song. About lifting up your heads, lift up your heads O, ye gates and be lifted up, o Lynch and tours that the king of glory shall come in. His glory shall come in, who is the king of men? We have this fast riding Rhythm the pics up.

And I, when I was living with my parents, I used to play it over and over again. My dad would come walking in the room. He says, hey, Replay that song for me and I start to say what song, but after a while I knew which one he wanted, he wanted this one, he wanted to hear about the king of glory and so I'd start playing it on the piano.

Now that dad's gone it's even more precious as these things are these memories become a point of fragrance. Something that is part of our soul.

No the call to the need for a righteous one. To ascend the hill to the throne of God him to stand before the Holy One and there is a parallel to Psalm 15 but the focus there is different so let's look at so I'm 15 again. It begins with the header in the text, we know it's a royal Psalm it's inspired. For us to see that. The psalm of David verse one more who may abide in your Tabernacle,

Live in the Tabernacle. Wait a minute. I thought that was the place of the Shekinah. Glory of God.

Is Matt God's gold to live to a by to dwell with his people who may dwell in your Holy Hill that is up on Mount Zion, who made be in that place verse to He Who Walks upright, lien Works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart. First three, he who does not back by with his tongue nor does evil to his neighbor. Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend verse for in whose eyes? The vile person is despised but he honors. Those who fear the lord, he who swears to his own hurt and does not change meaning, when making a commitment always follow through, even if it ends up being not to his benefit, but to his own demise to his own hurt verse 5. He who does not put out his money at ussery, meaning, always making a profit, always making a percentage part of the instruction to the Jews part of their National well, relationship, with each other is give a loan, never make interest on it. Plus you have the 50-year rolling time of redemption in which all debts are called off. So, if you got four years going, you better be aware of what's going on and it's going to be paid off. But if it's not paid off at the end of that time, then you let the debt go. He who does not put out his money at ussery. Nor does he take a bribe against the innocent? He Who does these, things shall never be moved to speak into the character of the man. Now, Interesting.

Look that we're has. Some fifteen is speaking to the character of a righteous man and certainly Lord Jesus Christ qualified for that 24 on 15 speaking to a righteous man so I'm 24 is speaking to the qualities of the Messiah. It's also been said that we cannot read Psalm 24 without also reading the Royal Psalm 2 and Psalm 110. So I just want to read these We have them all laid out side by side now. So I'm too. You know, you've heard we quoted frequently was part of what is lay down. It is the basis of all understanding about what happens at the second Advent at the second appearing of Christ, someone and saw them. Two are considered a couple of 22. Psalms go together. Someone is about the Blessed or happy man who does not walk. Sit or stand in those places human viewpoint but instead functions in Divine Biblical doctrinal viewpoint and then we have tied to that an understanding of the Messiah and who he is and that's what we're eating here. Why do the nation's rage and the people plot a vain thing? First to the kings of the earth set themselves and the rulers. Take counsel together against the Lord them against his anointed saying. Let us break their Bonds in pieces and Cast Away. Their cords. From us. Verse for, he who sits in the heavens, shall laugh, the Lord shall hold them in division. Bruce live then he shall speak to them in his wrath and distress them in his deep displeasure in verse 6 yet, I have set my king on my Holy Hill of Zion. Do we have the picture here? Actually, speaking of what's going to be happening during the tribulation, all the kings, all the rulers of the earth. We're going to set their perspective. Looking at God, looking at the Messiah, and they're going to say, I will have nothing to do with him. I will oppose him up, throw off his bonds, the arrogance of the humanity thinking they can stand against the god of the heavens who has at that point at that time, sent out 144,000 Witnesses. Sent out Angels flying across the planet, send down all kinds of Wrath with a third of the planet falling to poison. A third of the planet falling to fire ravaging meteors all of this to cause people to look up and recognize gone. Instead, they hardened their hearts

Vanguard responds and says to their hard Hearts yet. I have set my team on my Holy Hill of Zion for 7. I will declare the decree. The Lord has said to me, you are my son today I have begotten you this is speaking about the Lord Jesus Christ is a speaking about the Messiah specifically God the Father speaking about his begotten son, here it is and song to we don't have to wait all the way until the New Testament. Understand if there's going to be a uniquely. Begotten son. We knew about it throughout the Psalms, throughout the prophets, it has been a known thing, but God will have a son and he will be the Messiah verse 8 and I will give you the nation's for your inheritance and the ends of the Earth for your possession, you shall break. A nine with a rod of iron you show Dash them to pieces like a Potter's vessel. support of what we have, been learning in our study, in Ezekiel 36 through 39, some of what we've gone over in the last few sessions is pointing out this distinct God

What's us know? The Messiah will have a kingdom of Peace for a thousand years not just because everyone's going to go all Kumbaya peace. Peace peace. I love the peace but because there is going to be a ruler with an iron scepter. He will rule in the he will have ruled before hand as he puts down all of his enemies during that tribulation period through Armageddon. And they will compare that portable. We're give me looking at this Wednesday is the comparing that's going on between the Tribulation and the Messianic Kingdom in the nation's the Gentiles will be saying truly, he is God because of how he treats Israel that he has brought them back from nothing. He is opposed everyone. That was opposed to Israel. Now, he supports his real, they're going to see it, I'm going to respond to go, King's be instructed, you judges of the Earth, First 11 serve the Lord with fear and rejoice. With trembling verse 12, kiss the son, lest he be angry and you perish in the way when his wrath is kindled but a little less it over all those who put their trust in him. Kiss the son that means to reflect and will be Essence. Just like when Ruth came and she touched the top of the scepter. It's the same concept here. It is. A, it was a Respect a reflection of an understanding and then agreeing with the authority. Kiss the son? That is the messiah. Turn towards the Messiah.

Little little. Those will perish. The blessed are all those who put their trust in him. If you understand who he is, then trust in him, be aligned with him. That's what the Nations have been told. So that's Psalm 2.

Yeah, I noticed it at the top of that we had.

Inverse one. Why do the nation's rage in the people? Plot a vain thing? If you're a classical music fan or just a Handel's Messiah fan, then you know that there is a base ratchet ATIV or an air that is out there in which the base steps forward and he sings

when he goes through and he has all these runs and it's basically saying the same thing. Why do the people rage? Why do the people imagine a vain thing? Bikini movies of the earth rise up and the rulers. Take counsel together against the Lord, and against his anointed. How funny? Psalm 2 verses 1 and 2. That's where the passage comes from the Messiah is a beautifully tied together with great biblical Insight account of the Gospel, message on the unfurling of the truth about the Messiah.

That's kind of exciting.

Miss goes along with job's description as we're looking at these Kings who cry out.

And Joe 15 verse 25. It says,

Oops. We're 15 verse 25 for he stretches out his hand against God, and asked defiantly against the almighty. Who is he? Speaking up in this passage, he is listing the character qualities. In the things we should know about the wicked. The wicked stretches out his hand against God lifts his fist. Against God. NEX defiantly against the almighty. Who is see? This theme played out in Revelation of John preceding. The great battle with the men, did not repent and give him glory noticed as the Bulls are out poured in Revelation chapter 16 will just give you a couple verses starting in verse 8 and its leading right up to the battle of Armageddon. Then the fourth Angel verse 8 of chapter, 16 poured out his bowl on the side and power was given to him to Scorch men with fire, spend men were scorched verse 9 with great heat and made blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues.

They are being given play eggs to cause them to recognize the God who may reject. And how did they respond? Play blaspheme the name of God, who has power over these plagues and they did not repent and give him glory. What should the responsive been according to Psalm 22, repent to kiss the Sun? To acknowledge his place in the possible relationship with him and give him glory. But no, this is how they respond verse 10. Then the fifth, angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the Beast and his kingdom became full of darkness and they nod their tongues because of the pain. I can relate to that a little bit. My struggle with My post surgery recovery is just been painful in a way, I just couldn't imagine. I have had even in the last week has been going on for weeks now. Almost an inability to think the pain has been so great. And so I try to study and I have no ability. So praise the Lord that his grace has allowed me to get this that I can bring before, you would say to his to his glory and to his credit completely. But it has been painful. And when you get to that point, when there's so much pain, you're just suddenly collapse. You have no more strength or the pain keeps going on. So what are you do you know, I your tongue. What does that? That is a place where we have more nerves per square inch than anywhere else in your body on your tongue. What are you doing? You're just trying to reduce the input to your brain or crush it by distracting yourself from the pain with more pain. Directing pain with Penny. First 11, and they blaspheme God Of Heaven because of their pains and their sores and did not repent of their deeds. So, we see a pattern going on and is predicted in song to, we see it picked up and Revelation laid out before us No, it's look at Psalm 110. Which is the other song that we should read an in conjunction with Psalm 24. Starting in verse 1. The Lord said to my Lord sit at my right hand til I make your enemies your footstool, this is the father speaking to the son saying sit at my right hand until that point which I have made your enemies, your footstool, know that final point. Is North, actually until we have the final war at the end of the tribulation and at the end of the tribulation, there will be a judgment and everything will be tossed into the Lake of Fire. We will be involved in that process. And we as Believers as it is sometimes, pictured, almost cartoonishly, will each be grabbing a demon. And so some of the pictures I've seen is by the ear on the rump and toss them off into the Lake of Fire. But we have a role in that process of judgement. Paul's speaking to those in Corinth needed to learn to write the judge themselves. He says, do you not know you will be judging angels? Call Western me is happening at the end, instead of my right hand til I make your enemies your footstool and so some of you have heard the doctrine of operation footstool, that's where the term comes from. The idea means that point at which every demon is tossed into the Lake of Fire, and buy some people's account is not a Biblical absolute but it's an interpretation saying, therefore are there must be at least one believed her for every demon. So if there's a billion demons out there but Billy and Fallen Angels, one-third of all Angel, the bad mother must be a billion. Believers will get safe. So we each have one to toss in nuts, little bit. Maybe stretch, you know, the truth but that's where the idea comes from, a few logical conclusion. Not a Biblical. Exposition to the Lord shall send the rod of your strength out of Zion rule in the midst of Enemies were three of your people shall be Volunteers in the day of your power. In the beauty of Holiness, from the womb of the morning. You have the duo of your you, the Lord verse for has sworn and will not relent you are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek. So here we have that Old Testament, president letting us know what the author of Hebrews is saying that the Messiah is not a priest according to the order of Levi of Aaron, but he is a press to bed. He goes back, even further. And he is a member of the priesthood of milk is attacked. First floor, is pointing this out for us.

The Lord verse 5 is that you're right here and he shall execute kings in the day of his wrath. For 6, he shall judge among the Nations. He shall fill the places with dead bodies. He shall execute the heads of many countries who this is talking about that judgment. That comes at the end of Armageddon. For the Nations are brought together and all those who have rejected whoever pose, God and Christ are executed on the spot. Notices says he shall fill. The places with dead bodies, which is Actually congruent with our understanding of the Great War that happens there when we have millions of men, marching into the valley of Armageddon coming across the Euphrates from the East, whether it's from India or China, we don't know, but they will be laid up and they will be killed there in, the blood will be high and then we have even further Judgment at the end of the war. After everyone is defeated for sub and he shall drink of the brook by the wayside therefore he shall lift up the head. Now this is an allusion to some other passengers were not going to get into but it has the idea of God's provision and drinking from the brook just as David drank from the brook, just as the people say under Gideon. Drink from the brook with this idea of the provision of God, that will be the provision of the Messiah.

Now we come to the Feast of firstfruits will just barely get into this and then we'll have the break and we'll come back and and finish up. Leviticus 23. Verse 9 is going to be our passage. We're going to see that God in his great wisdom instituted. A feast to Israel, then, not only allowed for adjustments of mental attitude in orientation to his complete provision in there, having been provided for. That is every man should understand that God is his provider. Give complete provision is provided for.

We should also understand. You miss first fruit illustration. The prophetic unveiling of the great solution, the God will bring to bear For All Mankind in the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. As the first cruise, there must be a presentation of the first fruit of creation to the Creator. And this is accomplished in in through he who was free from the power of sin and death. As we have examined our Yeshua. Jesus, the Messiah will stand as the first fruits of mankind.

So we're going to make that connection. The first thing we needed to make clear, is that there must be a presentation of creation to the Creator. There must be an acceptable presentation to the Creator and just like Cain and Abel and a spoken about in the Psalms there is that, which is opposed to God. And there is that, which is

good morning with God and there is only one Messiah actually, who is that first fruits? Let's read this. Briefly a couple verses and then we'll come back to you at each through it. The Medicus 23 verse 9 and Lord spoke to Moses saying first 10 speak to the children of Israel and say to them. When you come into the land which I gave to you and reap its Harvest, then you shall bring a Sheaf of the first fruits of your Harvest to the priest verse 11. He shall wave the Sheaf before the Lord to be accepted on your behalf on the day after the Sabbath, the priest shall wave it. So, this is speaking about that, third Feast is over. Feast of unleavened bread. And then the Feast of first fruits, which is the first Sunday after Passover and unleavened bread. So sometimes it's a week out in the case of the time of Christ was actually three days out from the Passover because, where those days are, as lunar, holidays can move around because they are on the 15th and 16th, but the Feast of unleavened bread is not on the 17th by designation. It's on the first Sunday or the first day after the Sabbath of the week, so I can be on a Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday, just happens it on this year, which is either a be 30 or a t-33. It is on a Sunday. So, it is actually the third day after the death and resurrection of Christ will come back and look at this. When we return, just take our break now. And then we will dig M2.

The freeze, the the feast called hog public or rim and I will give you the spelling and all that stuff. When we come back, hog have a cool room, the Feast of first fruits with closing prayer. Thank you for this time. This instruction, these illustrations, may we be guided into a proper orientation of art, are so proper orientation of final, things of eschatology, almost a third of scripture is designated to an understanding and unraveling the final thing. So, if it's unimportant you wouldn't have put it in your word and yet it is obviously of great importance to you, for us to be aware to learn to be guided by it. So pray that you would give us the wisdom inside gray. During this break, we would refresh and find yourselves prepared for more heads down a study and learning from your word that we might be those who were If you and bring you great Lori, we pray these things in Christ name. Amen.

It is, it is a lily of the valley. I don't think it's the one that most people know.

What's up? Bow and prayer are the only father, we thank you for this time. We come together to offer that free-will offering a reflection of your grace provision, in the, in our response to you. Even, as we are studying today, the first fruits offering Lord, It's reflected in exactly what we do in the free-will offering. Lord, we come to you, we offer that what you've given to us as a reflection of you as our creator is our provider as he was involved in every aspect of her life, therefore, we bout to you and recognition and we give to you that which reflects your person, your provision and most especially we concentrate on the person in the work of the Lord Jesus Christ. His gift was everything. Lord, he brought us salvation as a basis of the payment in the satisfaction, Lord, for the sins of every individual. And upon that Lord, was given a Grace upon Grace, not just salvation and freedom from sins. But in a plaid righteousness, that is not our own there for a blessing and a blessing in the blessing to be poured out on the righteousness of Christ himself. He is that pipe that spigot through, which we all blessings flow. We are blessed, not because of our righteousness, but because of the applied righteousness of Jesus Christ, we reflect that Lord than, in our giving, it is an act of worship to you. We praise you, and thank you and pricing.

So the Feast of firstfruits, let's read it through again, has 23 verses 9 through 11, Lord spoke to Moses sing speak to the children of Israel and say to them. When you come into the land which I gave to you and reap its Harvest, then you shall bring a Sheaf of the first fruits of your Harvest. So the priest the means are going out and they have everything, all tied up ready to harvest and great armful bundles, which is a sheet, the most that they can hold together and one arm and then they will slice it and cut it and have this big chief that's what they're talkin about. Bring a sheep for the first fruits of your Harvest to the priest verse 11. And he shall wave the sheath before the Lord to be accepted on your behalf on the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.

No, it's interesting. But the priests, when they went to fulfil this on this Sunday, on the Passover weekend on passion week, and after Christ was crucified, the priests are out in the field on this Sunday at the moment and they are going to wear all this grain has been tied up. And is she full be caught? And it will be given to the priests and they will waive it there in the field and then they will take it up into the temple where it will be offered to the Lord at the same time. We have. Lord, Jesus Christ himself appearing in the garden. Where Mary one of the Mary's and counters him. Any says, why are you crying woman because they have taken my Lord. I cannot find him. And he says, Mary. I'm here at that. Exact same moment that they are cutting. Was she some grain or Lord is appearing in the garden in public? To be seem to be recognized the sea. Jesus Christ will be the first of all creation to be able to stand before God as part of the Redemptive act. He is the first who is raised from the dead. He is the first to be resurrected, but don't think that this first fruits is just about Resurrection. It is about Redemption and is Jesus. Christ, was freed from sin and from Death, we must note, we must be aware of this significant fact, they central point of Christianity that this is not a central point of your Christianity than you don't have a functional Christianity. We have been placed in Christ and as he died and was raised and resurrected. So too, we have been given a righteousness, not our own. And we have been raised to new eternal life. Who starts at the moment of Salvation, in which we live. If we have not been baptized in Christ, if he has not been resurrected, there is no spiritual life. For the believer will get into that will pull through that. But I want to state that up from this is the key. This is the key to productive Christianity. Without the resurrection of Christ, there is nothing for you see. Here's the interesting thing, he died for the sins of all mankind for the whole world. Every once in has been paid for your, no different than any unbeliever in that says, their sins have been paid for your sins. Have been paid for where the difference starts. Is that you have trusted in the substitutionary work of Jesus Christ for yourself on your behalf and therefore God has applied to you a regeneration. He has made you righteous. Regenerative alive is a spiritual creature and now you are raised with that. Same resurrection power. Let me be clear here. The same power, utilized in the raising of the Lord. Jesus Christ is now available for the living of your spiritual life here on Earth. Don't think this is an intellectual only Pursuit if it is, you are a fool and you've neglected the greatest thing of all. It is an intellectual pursuit in that, we are to be using our mind. We are to be thinking, we are to be filled with Doctrine. We were be purposeful in our growing in her understanding of God's words. We are to be clarifying and dividing making sure we understand the teaching in the doctrine of God's word. All of that is absolutely important but the enablement comes from the power of God, the Holy Spirit. You cannot understand if the holy spirit is not making it clear to you. Scuse me, without his resurrection power, you have no ability to understand without his resurrection power. Then when you confess your known sin, there is no ability to move from forgiveness into preparation. For use, there is no meaning of the spirit. Apart from the resurrection. The price is not resurrected, you cannot be filled. If Christ has not been resurrected, the power of sin is not at the cases because he died, he killed us in, we understand that. But if we don't have something to move forward to, then we're left where we are see. Many people are focused on sin, they're focused on how to escape sand, how to stop doing the thing. How to start thinking the thing, how to stop They are focused on seeing they are not focused on the resurrection power that Jesus Christ brought to the table for every believer. So very important. And that is baked into and boiled into this concept of of the first fruits that we're dealing with here. It is talking about the very first, the blessing of creation. Is taken to God and is given to God. Look it up. Few things here

First off, this is the third, holy feasts of Israel called how I have. It Corinne the Feast of first fruits have it up on the sly so you can take it down if you want and on a beam which is the first month of the Hebrew calendar or Nissan if we are using using the later. Name for the month of Nisan 14, but that point Passover, begins on a beam or Nissan 15th through the 21st and love and bread, Feast begins. and I we see that note that in Leviticus 23 verse 6,

Who's then on a Bieber Nissan 16 that is the day after the Sabbath of the festival. That's when it happens to be, as I mentioned, in a D30 or 33 if it were to have been a different year would not be on the 16th. It would be on the 17th or 18th or 19th whatever that first day after the Sabbath would be okay.

And it's on the back day that the wave offering of fruit unto, God was to be given. So, the idea here is the fruit.

In Jesus Christ, is the first fruit to the glory of God back to you, is the first fruit of all Redemption. Good morning, all of creation, has been cursing under a curse and without Christ, there would be no escape from that curse. So, Christ Alone is able to step up, step forward and be the first fruit of creation. He is the first point of redemption through which all creation, not just man but me and the rest of created Earth in the universe Etc is redeem about Redemption comes through the work of Jesus Christ.

Melva spring cycle of fees. Was fulfilled by the program of Messiahs. First coming to soccer, Passover was fulfilled by the death of the Messiah. Hard, thought which is the Feast of unleavened bread, was fulfilled by his offering of its endless Perfection, his body in his blood, how I got? How did Kareem was fulfilled by the resurrection of the Messiah? That's our pfiesteria first fruits, how you have a cream? And then it was fulfilled by the birth was called, the cake Ela or the Ecclesia in the Greek, meaning the church. So we have our for festivals laid out their Passover unleavened bread, first fruits. And then

The.

Pentecost.

I wanted to point something out before I move forward here, according to the Pharisees. Yes, you I could not have been resurrected on how your hubby Corey Moore, the day of first fruits, because the Pharisees made the first night of Passage to be the 15th day of Nisan.

Thereby making the first night at the Salk, the same as the first day of hog. How much? So in other words, the Feast of unleavened bread in the Feast of Passover, they said it had to happen on the 15th, therefore they had to be the same day as on the other hand, make a distinction between Pacific and the first day of hog, in accordance with Biblical law or scripture. The Pharisees were basing their assertion on tradition, the Sadducees, we're going off of scripture, good thing. The Sadducees are the ones were running the temple, there is one who's in, charge of all these things. The 15th day of Nisan in the year 8030 as it is in 33 as well, was from Thursday evening until Friday evening. Making the first day of your shoe. Death and burial. Connect the 16th day of Nisan was from Friday evening till Saturday evening, being the second day of his death and burial and the 17th day of Nisan was from Saturday evening until Sunday evening. And this was the third day of his death and burial. And also the day of his resurrection new shoe, where was resurrected on the seventeenth day of Nisan? Not in accordance with the pharisaic system, but in accordance with the Mosaic system. In this case, the Sadducees agreed with Moses. So,

we had an individual, who was

Voice in an alternative perspective a couple of years ago when I was teaching through this and they were trying to save, it had to be on a different day. And one of the points we have to keep in mind is that if that is true, if what that person was saying was true Then the Fulfillment of the Feast of firstfruits could not have happened. Cannot happen. If everything started a day earlier. Not possible. Okay. So only with the timeline that we laid out with the 15th 16th and 17th. Do we have a Resurrection on the day of first fruits? The first day after the Sabbath of the week then everything lines up otherwise we have Resurrection on the fourth day and not the third day so multiple reasons why doesn't work. It doesn't fulfill the 3-day promise in three days after three days on the third day. And then also, it does not fulfill lining up with what is the day of the

What are the Feast of firstfruits? I want to point that out. If anyone has any specific questions, you can bring that up on the side and we can discuss that further moving on. Want to jump right into the New Testament. 1st Corinthians 12:13 we read for by one Spirit. We were all baptized into one. Body weather Jews or Greeks, weather, slaves, or free and have all been made to drink into one Spirit through the flying here, in 1st Corinthians. That Paul is making an argument from the concept. The first fruit that is we have been placed in Christ and if we've been placed in Christ, we've been identified with the resurrection. Therefore we have been identified with the act of first fruits and is committed. When he was raised from the dead, we won the 1st Corinthians, 15 verse 3 through 4. He says, for I delivered to you first of all, that, which I also received the Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures. We're swore that you was buried that he rose again, but Third Day, according to the scriptures. So, this is lining up. This is not a western civilization understanding of what happened. This was a Jewish understanding of what happened. Jesus Christ died was buried laid in the ground and was raised as a cording to the prophecies, as according to the fees on the third day. There is a second cycle of fees that will be coming to fulfillment and God's program by the messiah's second coming. So we have a outline, the four festivals in the first Advent of Christ. We also have a fulfillment to come by the Messiah. So we're going to see first that we have Which is the Feast of trumpets, and this will be fulfilled by The Rapture of the church.

At the Feast of trumpets. We will be raptured many people have kind of focused in on this. And so they are saying, well then the Rapture is going to happen on the day of the Feast of trumpets. So they keep looking in your, by your single. That's the day when it's going to happen. So I don't know, but that has to be the case, but it will be fulfilled. But here's an interesting thing, there's something we can know about the first each. Festival de was fulfilled by Christ literally, on that Festival day. He was the Passover Lamb on the day of Passover. He was the offering fulfilling the entire week of provision of the sinless sacrifice becomes from unleavened bread during that time of unleavened bread. And then he fulfilled. The Feast of first fruits on the day of his resurrection literally on each of the days of the feast. He fulfilled it a man literally on the day of Pentecost as will get into next week. On the day of Pentecost. In Acts chapter 2, we have the church born, the spirit poured out, the Shekinah. Glory of God made President, we have the Judgment spoken to Israel. I'm all of that speaking to the fact that God has moved to a new dispensation omit. It starts without me. In Acts chapter 2, the dispensation of the church which will remain intact all the way up until 00. The Feast of trumpets. So should we be expecting it to happen on the day of the Feast of trumpets? Will that would not be out of line with what we understood when people say well, but we can never know the day or the hour. So, are we getting in trouble? Well, yeah, scripture does say that but keep in mind that it's saying that about the Jewish people in Matthew 24 and 25, not knowing the day or the hour has to do with their Deliverance, in their situation. That is not. We have to be careful when we try to apply teaching for Israel and take it. As if it is, applied to the church, we'll get into that later. We're not going to spend time on it today. Next, we have Yom Kippur which is the day of atonement.

When did day of atonement and this Feast will be fulfilled by the Great Tribulation that period of seven years as a soul and body of national Israel, will be afflicted and leading her to National salvation. It is an outpouring of the wrath of God on a Christ rejecting Israel until they finally repents in the final three days of the tribulation. It adds up and they rejected and it adds up and they rejected the Macy it and they rejected and then we have the two witnesses who are resurrected who portray and bring back this concept of the sign of Jonah which is the sign of resurrection. And now we are told it is planted in their thinking. When we get to the final three days and they say he must be the Lord Jesus Christ. The Messiah we are looking for is not one that's going to suddenly show up. He has been here. We've been wrong and as a nation, every single individual will then reflect and place their belief and outspokenly cry out to the Lord to come and deliver them. And as Romans 10 9, and 10 says, as they believe in their heart and confess with thy mouth, they are saved. Romans 11, 26 tells us all of Israel is saved at that moment at that time when we have last week's suck hot, which is the Feast of Tabernacles Feast of Tabernacles is what we've been learning about the Shekinah. Glory in the Shekinah is the dwelling amongst us. The tempting, the tinting, Tabernacle in the coming and setting up camp with us. Barbie theme like this, a bivouac coming from his military background. It's God coming to bivouac with mankind. Will I guess that expresses it too? That's fair. So we have this idea. Then it God blowing with us but what is that? Speaking of the Kingdom where the Shekinah Glory. And again, we were studying this in the last couple weeks and or Ezekiel study. We see that the Shekinah Glory is going to be covering. All of Jerusalem is going to be covering the Temple Mount. And the Shekinah Glory will be there for a thousand years. Over Jerusalem as God is bivouacking, Tabernacle e camping out dwelling with Israel. So we have three for 4 minutes, then the Rapture for the Feast of trumpets movie of the tribulation for Yom Kippur or the Feast of atonement, The Men. We have finally the the Messianic or Millennial Kingdom as a fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles. See you see that? These ones are a little bit longer, it's not a daily matching for the final two, for it'll be seven years corresponding to a feast and a thousand years corresponding to a feast. So, do we need to have the Rapture happening on the day as predicted? I don't know. Don't know how I can't answer that with an ability to go back to scripture and back it up, I think. You really cool if it happened that way, but don't know.

Let's move on the Feast of firstfruits is reference by four different names in scripture we have how to get hubba Corinne, which means the Feast of first fruits. Can you find out in Leviticus 23 verse 10, the Feast of first fruits, Return speak to the children of Israel and say to them. When you come into the land, which I give you and reap its Harvest and you shall bring a sheet of the first fruits of your Harvest to the priest.

next, we have rishit kasera, Kim. Which is first fruits of your Harvest. We have that reference in the viticus 23 verse 10 as well.

So we have two spots or speak to the children of Israel to say to them. When you come to land, which I give you and reap its Harvest and she'll bring a sheet of the first fruits of your Harvest to. The priests two names that are taken, then we have Yom Tov. Accorimm means day of Yom Kippur is the day of the sacrifice. Him is the day of the first fruits. Remember is 28 verse 26 reading that also on the day of the first fruits, when you bring a new grain offering to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation and you shall do. No customary worked. Feast of Weeks is actually Pentecost. There's a connection. We're seeing them between first fruits and Pentecost. It's important for us to be aware of

Then we have a separate.

Separate Hamer. I didn't put the Hebrew in here for you guys. I apologize. I'm just giving you the transliteration. There's a Hebrew note takers in the room. Just let me know, and I'll forward them to you, separate equals 4 memes counting of the sheet. This is the time, when the sheets are counted, it's an awareness of the provision of God that's been made available. Therefore, there will be a counting of the sheets that there might be offering, what's that? So, we have it in. Leviticus 23 verses 15 and 16 the day after the Sabbath. From the day that you brought the Sheaf of the wave offering, seven Sabbath shall be completed.

So what are we talking about? Again, we're getting to Penn till. So from the day of first fruits, the first off when right, then you will wait the 7 weeks that is 49 days + 1. So it's the day after the 49 weeks, which is right. 7. X 7 is 49 + 1 + 50. Then you shall have the wave offering 7, Sub is shall be completed. First, 16 count, 50 days to the day after the 7th, then you should offer a new grain offering to the Lord. So, what we have reflected here as the Lord Jesus Christ was offered up to God. Is the first fruit of creation after 50 days, kind of pulled into the vacuum behind it. Will be the church. if you're a bicyclist or even a motorcyclist, you may be aware that there is a

For some people looked down upon but if your eraser or you're someone who's you know, riding in a palindrome which is a group of bicycles Etc. You do this thing called rafting and rafting means. The first person is in front of you there, the one that's cutting, the are there cutting the Airstream? And they are what they're doing. Is there and posing themselves upon the friction having exert greater energy and then back within a certain space behind them, there is a separation of the are good as moving and it is already blessed impactful and so people are able to draft into that get into that spot from when someone like a bicyclist or motorcyclists is drafting behind a car or drafting behind a semi Vendor up close their kind of in that shadow spot but they have less effort to put on. I can be annoying to the people who are driving, those vehicles are being drafted behind her that are doing the drafting work. But I bring that up because in a sense that's what's happened, the Lord Jesus Christ has cut the way through, and we come in in the draft behind him. We are part of the offer in the first group is the first fruit, but we are let me put it this way. He is Christ. We are the body of Christ. We are part of that first fruit but we are the 50 days or seven weeks, part of that. We are the second portion of the fees that is talked about it. And I called out

Then we have Leviticus chapter 23.

Guardian verse 9 and the Lord spoke to Moses saying first 10 speak to the children of Israel and say, to them, when you come into the land, which I give you, Andre Pitts Harvest. Then you shall bring. Is she thought the first fruits of your Harvest to the priest Russell Avenue Sherway the sheath before the Lord, to be accepted on your behalf, and on the day after the Sabbath, the priest shall wave it. So consistent with everything we've learned so far after the Sabbath the day after the Sabbath, this convocation this point. After the Passover, after the Feast of unleavened bread, then there's the harvesting of the first grown to maturity Sheaf of Wheat and is to be taken and wave verse 12 and you shall offer on that day when you wave the sheath a male lamb of the first year without blemish as a burnt offering to the Lord. So there is a since then and Associated sacrifice of the male lamb. This is sacrifice, this is Affiliated associated with the sacrifice, the picture of the person of the work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Verse 13, is grain offering shall be too tense of a FIFA the fine flour mixed with oil and offering made by fire to the Lord for a sweet Aroma and its drink offerings will be of 1 and 1/4 of a hen. So what would happen on this Sunday? After the priest went out, they harvested the chief in the field, they would waive it, then they would bring it back to the temple. They would separate it, they would pound out the weed. They would turn it into flour. They would bake these cakes and then they would offer it. Mix it with oil, and then they would offer it to the Lord verse 14. You shall eat neither bread, nor Parts train or fresh rain until the same day that you have brought an offering to your God. You shall be a statute forever throughout your Generations in all, your dwellings.

Do we move over to Numbers chapter 28? We have parallel idea here, numbers, 28, also,

It is. Freshly pounded wheat and oil completely unleavened.

The number is 28, verse 26. Also, on the day of the first fruits, when you bring a new grain offering to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation, you show do no customary work. First 27, you shall present a burnt offering as a sweet Aroma to the Lord, to Young Bowls one ram and seven Lambs in their first year. First 28, with their grain offering a fine flour mixed with oil 3/10 of any pot FIFA for each ball. Two tents for the one Rim, 29, 1/10 for each of the seven winds. Also, one kid of the goats to make atonement for you.

Verse 31, be sure. They are without blemish. You shall present them with their drink-offering besides the regular burnt offering with its grain offerings. We have a Full Sacrifice, it has to happen here in the temple on the day of Resurrection.

So now let's look at some passages on the Fulfillment by Christ. 1st Corinthians, 15 verse 3 and 4.

Roy delivered to you first of all that, which I also received the Christ died for our sins. According to the scriptures that he was buried that he rose again the third day, according to scripture, If not raised. Paul says in 1st Corinthians, 15 verse 4, then it is all in vain. And he knew that he was buried and that he rose again the third day. According to the scriptures, he says, is imperative popping forward to

Verse 17. But if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile. You are still in your sins. If Christ died, but he was not raised and you are left in your sins. Because there is no satisfaction. God is not been satisfied. The resurrection is the proof of God. The Father satisfaction for the atoning work. Verse 18 then also those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished if those are falling asleep. Then without the resurrection, there is no Resurrection for them. They have been placed in Christ without a resurrection than there is no Resurrection for those in Christ. First 19th, only we have hope in Christ. We are of all men, the most pitiable. First 20, but now Christ is risen from the dead and has become the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep. He is the first to rise indicating. The more I can do is remember first fruits. First, she'd cut in Israel, 7 weeks later. All the rest are to be cut. This is a picture that Jesus Christ. Is the proof of the Fulfillment of what is to come. Because he is raised there for all who follow were placed in him, will be raised as well. That's what Pentecost is about 21 for Since By Man Came Death for a man also came. The resurrection of the Dead that is resurrection must be introduced by a man because death was introduced playing in Adam introduce death. So Christ must introduced Resurrection from death. Death rules in his Supreme verse 22, for as in Adam all die, even so in Christ, all shall be made alive. He saying there's a 14-1 correspond and she were all placed in the Adam you all come from Adam there for death Reigns Supreme until Christ intervenes and a price has been made alive. So to all may be made alive as well worth 23. But each one in his own order Christ, the first fruits afterward, those who are Christ's at his coming.

So, we have a progression. Or ranks or ways of this offering in fulfillment. First is Christ on the Feast of first fruits. Christ is raised next, we have the church has planted and Acts 2 at the Feast of Pentecost and harvested at the rapture. At the Feast of trumpets. Then next, we will have the two witnesses who are raptured in the midst of the Feast of judgement, which is the Tribulation. And finally, we will have the last Rapture which occurs at the end of the end of the Millennium time as we move into the Eternal Turtle state, So it is eternal. It is Old Testament Saints, who exist. Prior to Acts chapter 2. And it is New Testament saints that exists after Acts chapter 2, verse who believed in Acts chapter 2 or transformed transferred into the body of Christ became part of the body of Christ. Might Recall, one of the things we studied in our look in Hebrews chapter 11,

Tony Reed vs 39 and 42. You Hebrews 11 verse 39, and Aldis having obtained. A good testimony through faith did not receive the promise. They're speaking of all these Old Testament, Saints verse 40, God having provided something better for us. That they should not be made perfect apart from us as soon as we dug into this and it texts. What we see is that our Resurrection are Rapture precede. The Old Testament Saints. So, even though they may have been brought by Christ to Heaven, they have not been resurrected and it will be the New Testament saints. That will be resurrected at the time of the Rapture, at the time of the rack, sure it will be the Dead who will be raised, those who are dead in Christ. Will be raised. And then we who are alive will be changed in a moment and then we will meet those dead in Christ together and we will be the raptured church pulled together for 7 years of Celebration. I'm the resurrected Saints Old Testament. Do not appear on the scene until the Millennium. So, we have some work to do there, to, then clarify. So when are the Old Testament Saints resurrected are they resurrected with the church? So you been assuming that we need to figure that out. The scripture say that or are they resurrected separately? We have the convocation and that has made available to all. Who are the bride of Christ. For the body of Christ is talked about in Revelation, Chapter 2 and we'll have this great convocation of awards and of assigning of names and a signing of Merit and title and so forth. The calling out of special recognition by God, the Father, this will be overseen by the father is a lord, Jesus Christ draws through these people, don't says and this person and these people and these will be raised, these will be recognized. And this award will be given in this name is given and so forth. That complication happens in Revelation Chapter 2, that is the body of Christ.

Where are the Saint? Were the Old Testament Saints. So we need to figure that out. Make sure that we know that we see where that all clearly land. So I'm not going to try to steal the Thunder or figure that out for you can tell me if you have ideas and I'll maybe give you some hints but I'm not going to talk about it from the pulpit until we're teaching on that subject. I know I'm evil her night

People are going. Yes, yes, you are.

so, at this point, that any question on the Feast of first fruits,

okay, let's go ahead and close in prayer and then next week we're going to pick it up at the Feast of Pentecost and figure out how this first fruits thing. What does it have to do with the beginning of the church you gotten some ideas already from the presentation. Today we're going to take it up and and land on it a bit harder. Oh yeah, class tonight. Thank you class tonight. So we are teaching on the mains of God. Very interesting teaching, it is being recorded, So if you miss it, you can get it and hear it and so forth. It's going to be prolong teaching, not going to be a simple quick one. It's not just talking about the Elohim and Jehovah Ronald and things like that, quite a bit deeper, go into it. So there are over four hundred names that are given to God that are recognized and scripture. And so will be working her way through those categorizing. Those seen what they relate to it is inspiring. So I encourage you to come if you can, but if not, we have the recordings be able to yet. Let's close our prayer. Literally father, we thank you for this time. We ask that you be glorified in these teachings and that we will find our hearts and our minds drawn to you. They would be involved in the exportation of the spirit to walk rightly, Lord, to walk in relationship with our God more than we might recognize. Our ability to function is based on the film. The Holy Spirit, more than the DS, any issues. We deal with the daily life are resolved by confession of sin. We might have the feeling of the spirit that we might be cleansed and made righteous Lord and so pray that as part of that, we would be involved in the body Ministry. You have called us to ministering one to another, we might be involved in the exportation to other Saints outside of the congregation and that we might be involved in the ministering to those who are lost that speaking forth. The gospel message that people might have an offer. I need to hear clearly the words of truth and I we thank you for this time. Your provision your enable meant. We know that we can rest because of your grace empowerment there for It's all about you. We are so thankful that we praise you and Chrysler.
