Sometimes people don’t change unless the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of changing.
helper not and not a manipulator
encourager/ nagger
motivator instead of a mutineer
endurer instead of a quitter
grace bearer- affection with holder

encourage him
don’t compare him to other men
lead quitely- pick up the pieces in the background without rubbing it in his face
the kindness of God leads people to repentance.
1 Make Sure you are on the same page about responsibilities in the home. (communication)
a. Who takes out the garbage?
b. changing diapers
c. What decisions should the husband be making?
2. Most guys don’t lead because they struggle with insecurity (respect)
3. Is there a time or place to voice her concerns or make suggestions? having a hard conversation with someone is actually a sign of respect because you trust them to be able to have that conversation.
