(V6) Jew and Gentile share equally in our inherited

A) One people group is not better than another or does not have extra favor from God

Same body, same promises, same blessings in Christ

B) Remember there was hatred between Jew and Gentile

The Jews believed they were superior because of God’s favor

C) Christ broke down the separating wall

In fact, in the book of Acts, the Jewish believers were struggling finically. Paul went to the Gentile believers to take up an offering to help them out

2. (V7) Paul counted it a privilege to serve God through spreading the Good News

A) By God’s grace, mighty power, though I am least deserving, yet He gave me the privilege

Are you called to serve God?

Do you consider it a privilege?

Many of you have the opportunity to serve at VBS

These younger kids will look up to you, the same way you secretly look up to the H.S

VBS is an outreach, which means the church reaches out to the community and many kids will hear the Gospel Message for the first time

B) God Chose to reveal the mystery to us through His word, its no longer hidden

You have been chosen by God to live right now for a reason (What is purpose?)

3. (V10) God’s purpose is to use the church to display wisdom

A) Unseen rulers and authorities

Angelic Beings, both faithful and fallen

B) Reveal wisdom to unbelievers

C) Fulfilling your purpose

Eph 2:10 “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”

4.(V12) Come boldly and confidently into God’s presence

A) For salvation or whatever your need is
