We proclaim- to make known in public, with implication of broad dissemination, proclaim, announce BDAG

We proclaim Christ-

1 Cor 1 ...God was pleased to save those who believe through the foolishness of what is preached. 22 For the Jews ask for signs and the Greeks seek wisdom, 23 but we preach Christ crucified...

His person- His deity, his true humanity,

His work- His righteousness, his atoning death, his resurrection, his ascension, his intercession.

Not just presenting facts but urging sinners to come.

II. Our method

Warning - Preaching repentance, sin and hell

Teaching- Preaching the gospel, explaining the truth

Everyone- We are trying to tell as many people as possible

III. Our motive

People might be saved- not just converted but that they may be mature in Christ.

God might be glorified
