Intro

1 John 1:9 NKJV
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
God' forgiveness is open to all who need it, no matter what you have done. His Love is on our side. He can restore the ruined and fix the broken.

Forgiven no matter what

Ninevites were forgiven
They were an evil group of people.
God wanted to forgive them even though they didn’t know him.
They worshiped other gods, but God still wanted to forgive them.
Ezekiel 33:11 NKJV
11 Say to them: ‘As I live,’ says the Lord God, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?’
David
David fell in love with Bathsheba and Killed Uriah.
David was forgiven for his sin of adultery
and said these words....
Psalm 51:10 NKJV
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
the adulteress woman (They wanted to stone her)
Comited adultery
Jesus forgave her and told her about eternal life.

He Restores!

Paul
Paul used to hunt down christians.
Until he was restored.
2 Corinthians 5:17 NKJV
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
Prodigal son
Ran off with his money
Luke 15:20 NKJV
20 “And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him.
His father came and still loved him.
Rahab
Was a woman who lived a dirty life.
But she trusted in the God of the israelites
and helped the 2 spies escape
Because of that she was rescued from Jericho with her whole family.
Later she became an Israelite and also the great, great, great, great, grandmother of King David.
God changed her life just like he did with the Samaratan woman.

1 Corinthians 1:27–28 ESV
27 But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; 28 God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are,

He did with them, He can do it with you

Through our Lives we have sined a lot.
but we are forgiven because of Gods love.
Ephesians 4:32 NKJV
32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
