Morning Devotional:
Theme- Encourage One another
Scripture- Psalm 119:105 +
This Morning I would like us toast our mind on the Word of God the Power it has in our lives.
Psalm 19:7-8 (NIV): "The law of the LORD is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the LORD are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the LORD are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the LORD are radiant, giving light to the eyes." Psalm 119:9 (NIV): "How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word." Psalm 119:105 (NIV): "Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path." Matthew 4:4 (NIV): "Jesus answered, 'It is written: 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'" Romans 15:4 (NIV): "For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide, we might have hope."
These verses emphasize the perfection, trustworthiness, and life-giving nature of the Word of God. It is our source of wisdom, guidance, and transformation. The Word of God refreshes the soul, gives joy to the heart, and provides light for our paths. It is flawless, accomplishes God's purposes, and offers hope and encouragement to hurting.
As believers, we are called to treasure and value the Word of God. It is through the Scriptures that we come to know God, that we can understand His will, and how we find direction for our lives.
Today I encourage you to approach the Word of God with reverence and diligence, allowing its truths to shape your beliefs, guide your actions, and bring transformation to your hearts and minds.

Theme- The Bible is God’s preserved Word
Scripture- 2 Timothy 3:16-17 & 2 Peter1:19-21 Isaiah 40:8
Isaiah 40:8 (NIV) declares, "The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever." This verse reminds us of the eternal nature of God's Word. While everything in this world is temporary and subject to change, the Word of God stands firm and unchanging throughout all generations.
In a rapidly changing world, where opinions, ideologies, and trends come and go, the Word of God remains a constant source of truth, guidance, and wisdom. It provides a solid foundation for our faith and a reliable source of direction for our lives.
2 Timothy 3:17:17
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” Do get what that means? - God’s word is for teaching -Whats Right - God’s word is for Rebuking- What’s not right - God’s word is for Correcting- How to Get right - God’s word is for training - How to stay right. God has preserved copies of the Hebrew Scriptures at Qumran, and miraculously, He has allowed us to discover them in our lifetime. And these ancient writings are almost perfect replicas of the words of scripture we have in our hands today.
Isaiah 40:8 (NIV) declares, "The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever."
