To Preach The Acceptable Year of Lord

Isaiah 61 :1-3 (NKJV)

Isaiah :61 :1 “The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is upon me, because Yahweh has anointed me, he has sent me to bring good news to the oppressed, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim release to the captives and liberation to those who are bound,”

Isaiah 61 : 2 “to proclaim the year of Yahweh’s favor, and our God’s day of vengeance, to comfort all those in mourning,”

Isaiah 61 : 3 “to give for those in mourning in Zion, to give them a head wrap instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, a garment of praise instead of a faint spirit. And they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, to show his glory.”

I. God desires to see in and through your life vs.3

A. to give Him glory vs.3

B. God wants you to be planted by Him vs. 3

C. God wants you to be called trees of righteousness . vs. 3

II. God will accomplish this by: vs.2b-3

A. Comfort and Console you . vs. 2b-3

B. Give you beauty for ashes. vs.3

C. Exchange the oil of joy for the your mourning vs.3

D. Give you a garment of Praise for the spirit of Heaviness . vs.3

Romans: 8 :28 “And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose,”

III. God Is Anointing Others To

A, Preach good tidings to the poor vs.1

B. Heal the Brokenhearted vs.1

C. Proclaim liberty to the the captives vs.1

D.Open the prison to the bound vs.1

E.Proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord vs.2
