THE CORE OF LEADERSHIP IS PURPOSE

LEADER SHIP BEGAN with recognizing and identifying the SHIP that one is to be the LEADER of. Once we know the SHIP that we are to lead,OR OUR PURPOSE, ( Jer. 1:5 ) in other words the LORD is saying BEFORE I ORDERED YOUR CONCEPTION, I HAD ALREADY ORCHESTRATED YOUR CONVERSION, AND ORDAINED YOUR CONCLUSION,

The intensity of the training correlates with THE INTEGRITY OF OUR ASSIGNMENT.

TRAINING is intense, ( ROM. 8:28 ), but manageable ( 1 Cor 10:13 )

When you KNOW It will help us to FOCUS ON OUR CONCLUSION RATHER THAN OUR CONDITIONING. ( Jer. 20:9 ) When the prophet felt overwhelmed by his CONDITIONING, the WORD reminded him of his conclusion.

When we recognize that the POTENTIAL of our CONCLUSION was ACKNOWLEDGED even before our CONCEPTION, and that then we were sanctified or set aside for the CONDITIONING or the TRAINING that would MIRROR our CONCLUSION with our CONCEPTION. For it’s the INTENSITY of the training that aligns us with the ASSESSMENT of the ASSIGNMENT and instills within us the INTEGRITY of the TRAINER has to match the ASSESSMENT of the ASSIGNMENT,

Satan is not afraid of who you are trying to be, but hae recognizes who you are.

We can never allow the enemy to get us so cuaght up in trying to be something that we’re not, that we won’t recognize that we already are more than we could ever hope to be.
