Psalm 19:14 (ESV)

14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.

Acceptable word are not natural

the flesh wants to tear Down

tear our lives down

tear others down

tear faith down

We need to be purposeful with our words

Ephesians 4:29 ESV

29 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.

Matthew 12:36–37 ESV
