Maybe at times you feel like a small cog in your workplace, but in the church family, every part of the body has an important role to play. While this sounds like a New Testament sermon in the works for this Sunday, we will find all the way back in Exodus 18 that God does not want His people to only be led by one or even just a handful of leaders. Rather, God wants servant-leaders to be equipped, empowered, and mobilized on an ongoing basis for meaningful ministry.
