SUE LITTLE OBITUARY

born Sept 3, 1931
Mrs. Sue C. Little, our dearest "Nanny", was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She graced the earth for a full and rich 91 years, living life to its very fullest.On Friday, February 10th, 2023, Nanny was made new in her heavenly home. A native of West Virginia, Sue Little spent most of her years in the Pearl and Brandon area. She was an active member of Truitt Memorial Baptist Church for over 50 years and a good and faithful servant to her Lord. Sue was surrounded by wonderful friends with whom she enjoyed attending Sunday School, playing dominos, and weekly lunch outings. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and creating precious memories with her grandchildren, whom she greatly adored. She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Little; son, Steve and daughter, Carolyn; father, Richard M. Champ; mother and stepfather, Pearl and Blake Armstrong; brothers, Richard and Gene Champ; sisters, Edna Stringer, Peggy Wohlford, and Dottie Davis.
She is survived by her daughter, Janice Keyes and husband, Bill Keyes; son, Matthew Little and wife, Sarah Little; grandchildren, Lindsey and Carley Keyes, Isobel and Carolyn Little; sisters-in-law, Barbara Ransom and Bobbie Hough; brother-in-law, Pete Stringer, and several beloved nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and family for visitation from 12:30-2:00 p.m. with a service to follow at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon on Mon. Feb. 13, 2023. Brother Dennis Stringer and Brother Dennis Ellingburg will officiate the service with music provided by Sarah Little. The graveside service will be at Floral Hills Memory Garden, where Mrs. Sue will be laid to rest on this earth beside her dear husband, son, and daughter, rejoicing in being made new with them in heaven.
