My heart is heavy this morning, I have worked these past 9 years and God has shown His power many times this past month has been rather hard.
I was told when we started this church that I was to “take off my watch” and forget about the time when I preached.
It was even spoken to me that putting up a clock was not what was wanted now I guess I preach too long.
I was told the church wanted Bible study especially in OT I have been teaching there for weeks now nobody but my parents come this past week there was only me Kim and Bethany
I have heard every reason from a boyfriend in another state to I’m tired to I might be there and I might not.
I thought I was getting 2 families into our church at the first of this month when they came to the altar and asked to be baptized.
I don’t see them.
This Thursday a lady who has been praying for our church for the past year said she wanted to come all the way from Louisville, I guess to see if she had been seeing an answer to her prayers.
I told her to come but I had to apologize in advance for the small amount of people here nobody comes on Thursday..
*/Hebrews 10:23-25/**/KJV/*
23 Let us hold fast the profession of/ our/ faith without wavering; (for he/ is/ faithful that promised;) 24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some/ is/; but exhorting/ one another/: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
*/Matthew 6:31–33/**/ (KJV)/*
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink?
or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
