The Sound of Growth

God’s question to the church this morning is “Are your ears awake?”

Some things only happen when you’re with one accord in one place

a. sound- comes with speed and power (fast and strong)

b. the sound filled the house (sound doctrine)

c. appeared- cloven tongues like fire

d. they were filled with The Holy Ghost while they were still sitting

We didn’t always talk like this

a. this came from being filled with The Holy Ghost

b. The Holy Ghost told them what to say

c. they were talking about the wonderful works of God

It’s time to speak their language

a. people will come together; crowds will come running

b. crowds come to hear about the wonderful works of God in a language that they understand
