Eat and Partake
Food made from grain; sometimes used as a reference to the grain itself or to food in general. In the Bible, the word “bread” often is used metaphorically to convey a variety of symbolic meanings, especially spiritual nourishment. Also: Bread And Baking; Bread of Life; Loaves
Jn 6.35 “35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. The one who comes to me will never be hungry, and the one who believes in me will never be thirsty again.”
Jn 6.46 “46 (Not that anyone has seen the Father except the one who is from God—this one has seen the Father.)”
Matt 26.26 “26 Now while they were eating Jesus took bread and, after giving thanks, he broke it, and giving it to the disciples, he said, “Take, eat, this is my body.””

The Bread of Life to the world.

The Bread of Life (Christ) is the Passage way to life.
Prov 4.17 “17 For they ate the bread of wickedness, and they drank the wine of violence.”
Ex 16.4 “4 And Yahweh said to Moses, “Look, I am going to rain down for you bread from the heavens, and the people will go out and gather enough for the day on its day; in that way I will test them: Will they go according to my law or not?”
Jn 6.47-51 “47 Truly, truly I say to you, the one who believes has eternal life. 48 I am the bread of life. 49 Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness and they died. 50 This is the bread that comes down from heaven so that someone may eat from it and not die. 51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats from this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.””

Eating the Bread of Life is fulfilling and Life changing it produces a internal change, and a spiritual change, if you take note of the change it will continue to produce in your life.
