The Devil Makes Mistakes

Transcript
Hanging in a museum somewhere hangs a painting of a chess match. Now this isn’t a normal match for it’s of a young man playing Satan with his soul on the line.
Satan is wearing a smirky grin as he is getting ready to move his piece that will clench the game for him.
A professional chess player visited this museum one day and stared and stared at the painting. After a while He set up a game board duplicating the one in the painting. After much thought and concentration the professional became excited as he noticed a play the young man could make to get out of his trap. The Devil made a mistake.
We see this in this story Herod typifying Satan. Hero Agrippa I was the grandson of Herod the Great and nephew to Herod Antipas (Killed John the Baptist)
He was a carnal people pleaser who killed James and was going to kill Peter after the Passover but he didn’t count on a praying church.
