FOMO means "fear of missing out" and is when you feel left out compared to others who seem to be having more fun or better experiences. This can make you feel envious and bad about yourself. Social media makes FOMO worse because you see others having a seemingly perfect life. Signs of FOMO include using social media too much, always checking notifications, and feeling anxious without social media. To manage FOMO, set social media boundaries and do things that make you happy. FOMO can affect anyone, but managing it can lead to a more fulfilling life.

Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. 34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself.
