Walk worthy of your calling, as you imitate God. He sacrificed His life for us, we must sacrifice our lives for Him, as we put off illicit behavior.

(V1) Imitate God

A) (V2)Follow the example of Christ

How did Christ live? (What are some examples?)

Parents have influence over how their children act

Does your heavenly Father have influence over you or are you influenced by something else?

B) Christ offered Himself as a sacrifice for us, we must be willing to lay down our life for Him

2. (V3) Don’t participate in immoral behavior

A) Sexual immorality, impurity, greed, obscene stories, foolish talk, or coarse jokes

The child of God should have no part of that behavior

You are the light and light has nothing to do with darkness
