i Cor 11:1 And you should imitate me, just as I imitate Christ.
Humble
bold
Blameless life
Titus 1:6–7 (ESV)
if anyone is above reproach, ....For an overseer, as God’s steward, must be above reproach.
1 Timothy 3:2 (ESV)
Therefore an overseer must be above reproach,
2. Faithful to his wife
Titus 1:
I left you on the island of Crete so you could complete our work there and appoint elders in each town as I instructed you.
He must be faithful to his wife,
and his children must be believers who don’t have a reputation for being wild or rebellious.
. He must not be arrogant
or quick-tempered;
he must not be a heavy drinker,
violent,
or dishonest with money.
Rather, he must enjoy having guests in his home,
and he must love what is good.
He must live wisely
and be just.
He must live a devout and disciplined life.
He must have a strong belief in the trustworthy message he was taught; then he will be able to encourage others with wholesome teaching and show those who oppose it where they are wrong.
1 tim 3
  This is a trustworthy saying: “If someone aspires to be a church leader, he desires an honorable position.”
He must be faithful to his wife.
He must exercise self-control,
live wisely,
and have a good reputation.
He must enjoy having guests in his home,
and he must be able to teach.
He must not be a heavy drinker
or be violent.
He must be gentle,
not quarrelsome,
and not love money.
He must manage his own family well, having children who respect and obey him. For if a man cannot manage his own household, how can he take care of God’s church?
A church leader must not be a new believer, because he might become proud, and the devil would cause him to fall.
Also, people outside the church must speak well of him so that he will not be disgraced and fall into the devil’s trap.
1 PETER 5 So I exhort the elders among you, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a partaker in the glory that is going to be revealed:
2 shepherd the flock of God that is among you,
exercising oversight,
not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you;
not for shameful gain, but eagerly;
3 not domineering over those in your charge,
but being examples to the flock.
4 And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.
