First things first…
Let’s understand what we are up against. The enemy tries to use strength and power to control us. We must understand the enemies’ attacks for us to take back our power.
2 Corinthians 2:11 says: Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
We must realize where our battle is, who our enemy is, where and how he operates. We all know he only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. His attacks start in the mind, then he physically tries to wear us down.
The word of the Lord that came forth for the body of Christ is the deliverance of mind abuse.
Let me explain…
Ephesians 6:12 says… for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Our words are powerful. It’s so easy for us to fall into witchcraft.
Deuteronomy 18:10 NIV Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft
A person exercises witchcraft when they seeks to control the situation. They become rebellion. They then attach themselves to other familiar spirits. There mind is now controlled by the enemy.
Witchcraft is counterfeit spiritual authority; it is using a spirit other than the Holy Spirit to dominate, manipulate, and control others. You are now under Satan spell of uncleanness, hatred, wrath, strife, whispering, and backbiting.
Here is where we give the enemy our power. We began to tear down one another then find the next familiar spirit and attach ourselves to them. Then before you know it spreads like a deadly infection.
Cause nowadays… you can’t give corrections; you can barely speak to people in passing. you better not address anyone with a title without their title, and don’t think about sitting them down from their duties, and support, Oh I think we lost all aspects of the word….
Now the enemy has you locked into spreading the gossip of the church and not the gospel of the word of God. This not only happens in our church, but in our families, amongst our friends, and at work.
Now you bond in infectious strongholds that are spreading. Cause what was spoken has infected you to the core of your flesh.
These are the tactic that Satan uses to wear us down. Not only have you been infected with words you have said and used against others…but know it’s eating at your flesh and destroying your health.
Remember our words are powerful. Every evil negative word spoken brings destruction, and now you’re an emotional wreck which leads to a wavering spirit, that leads to unbelief, doubt, and depression.
Then we live right there in bitterness unwilling to change, miserable while the enemy keeps feed negativity into your spirit.
Can you see the trick of the enemy? Every word you speak is a seed. Every time that seed is watered with flesh…you bring about divination, witchcraft, and destruction. The blood of that individual is now on your hands.
The level of abuse we endure…only because we gave Satan our power.
Oh… and it’s time to take back your power!
Joshua 24:15 Choose you this day whom ye will serve, but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
The beginning of repentance is the confession of guilt. So, confess those things before the Lord and surrender your will for the will of our Father.
The best way to take your power back is to stand on the word of God! We all fall short of the glory of God. But the God that we serve is all Loving and powerful.
But the bible tells us…
Come out from among them, and be ye separated, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean things and I will receive you. (2Corith 6:17)
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh;
for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds,
casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. (2 Corinth 10:3-6)
And he said on to you, for my grace is sufficient for thee; for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in m infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon you. Therefore, I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then am I strong (2 Corinth 12;9-10)
God’s word fills us with power!!
Satan only has one attempt and that is to get into your head and dictate you.
Oh… but when he tries to test you. All he will hear in your head is…
FOR GOD I’LL LIVE AND FOR GOD I’LL DIE.
Satan is not going to stop coming for you. So, if you stay ready you will never have to get ready. He is already a defeated foe.
Our God is a beast! He is our king of kings. Our Lord of Lords, he is the Almighty all-knowing God. He is our protector.
Take back your power from the devil and use the weapons that our God has provided us.
Everybody that can stand. Please stand up.
We are about to be fully protected! This is a prophetic encounter. See yourself doing this in the spirit. I’m going to read the entire scripture and as I read you do the things that are being read.
Ephesians 6:10-20
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; and for you, that utterance may be given unto you, that you may open your mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which you are an ambassador in bonds: that therein you may speak boldly, as you ought to speak.
Hallelujah!
I challenge you to put on your armor daily. This is just one of many weapons that we have to defeat Satan and his attacks. Other weapons are our…
Faith… Let your faith work. Let go and let God. Some battles are not ours but the lord’s. We have to take our hands off and believe by faith that God got this.
Pray…When we are in situations or around situations that are not conducive to the body of Christ, or our spirits let us go to our brethren and pray with them. Let us not infect our church, family members, or friends.
Support, Support, Support. It goes a long way to be there for one another. We all need each other. We are one body…serving one God. Ordained to share the gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
Ladies,
You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. (1peter 2:9)
You were created on purpose for a purpose. A women’s true identity is not in her intelligence, her appearance, her wealth, her job, or others’ opinions of her. But there is a calling on your life….
Learning god’s ways will transform your spirit, your mind, and your outlook. when you present yourself to God and learn from him you will begin to understand his purpose.
We can be the hardest humans to get along with each other. We are the most talented beings. We can make something out of nothing, we can provide you with a resource for almost any need. It’s important for us to build each other up. We are so powerful together.
My motto for my women’s ministry is “NO WOMAN LEFT BEHIND”
I’ll be closing with this…
Jesus spoke and said…
He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increases strength. (Isaiah 40:29)
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (Luke 10:19)
Now unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in you.
(Ephes 3:20)
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord,
(Romans 8:38-39)
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Words from Jonathan McReynolds
May your struggle keep you near the cross, and may your trouble show that you need God, may your battles end the way they should, and may your bad days prove that God is good, let your whole life prove that God is good.
May your struggle keep you near the cross, and may your trouble show that you need God, may your battles end the way they should, and may your bad days prove that God is good, let your whole life prove that God is good.
