The story of the demon possessed man in the Gerasene region is a short synopsis of a believer’s encounter with Jesus. Though we might not have been possessed by demons, we are filled with sin. Meeting Jesus we are set free and given instruction on what are lives should be going forward. Imagine yourself as this possessed man set free. Because in essence, you get the same result once you trust Jesus to do good things for you.
