Deuteronomy 8:1 ““All the commandments that I am commanding you today you shall be careful to do, that you may live and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the Lord swore to give to your forefathers.”
Deuteronomy 8:2 ““You shall remember all the way which the Lord your God has led you in the wilderness these forty years, that He might humble you, testing you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not.”
Deuteronomy 8:3 ““He humbled you and let you be hungry, and fed you with manna which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that He might make you understand that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by everything that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord.”
Deuteronomy 8:4 ““Your clothing did not wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these forty years.”
Romans 8:1 “Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” Romans 8:2 “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.” Romans 8:3 “For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh,” Romans 8:4 “so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.” Romans 8:5 “For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.” Romans 8:6 “For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace,” Romans 8:7 “because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so,” Romans 8:8 “and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.”
Romans 8:28 (NASB95)
And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
